Sit in a comfortable cross-legged posture,

Keeping your spine comfortably long and erect.

Close your eyes.

Take your attention towards the center of the forehead and visualize a very subtle shining point of light.

The point of light is in the center of the forehead.

With your closed eyes try to pay your full attention here at this point.

It's completely dark and the only light is present at the center of your eyebrows.

I am here in this moment.

On my mat,

Chair,

Seated.

The sound of the birds.

Sound of the voice.

Sensations of my breath.

The upward downward movement of chest.

The air that is going inside my nostrils.

The air coming out.

Palms touching each other.

The spine is straight.

Is the present moment.

This is the next moment.

This is the next moment.

All that there is,

Is the now,

Is the present moment.

In reality,

I can only be present in the now,

In the present moment.

However,

The nature of mind is such it can take me around the world while I'm simply seated here.

But life is happening in the present moment,

In the now.

Bring your attention back to the center of your brows.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Inhale,

Exhale.

At the shining point of light,

Pay attention to the inhale,

Exhale.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Become the inhale,

Become the exhale.

You are the breath.

You are that energy.

You are the creator.

You are the creation.

Let your breath anchor you down.

I am the breath.

I am the inhale,

Exhale.

Inhale,

Exhale.

You may now open your eyes.
