Welcome Go ahead and find a comfortable position Whether sitting or lying down Gently close your eyes if that's comfy for you If not,

A soft gaze will do Take a deep breath in And slowly release it Let the tension in your body Allow yourself to fully arrive in this moment This is your time Take another deep breath in Filling the air,

Fill your lungs And exhale slowly Notice the rhythm of your breath With each inhale,

Breathe in With each exhale,

Let go of any stress Any pressure Any worry about the job search You are safe here You are exactly where you need to be Now bring your awareness to your body Start at the top of your head And slowly scan downward Relax your forehead Let your shoulders soften down Release any tightness in your chest and stomach Relax completely Take a moment to recognize All the effort you've already put in The courage it takes to keep going Whisper softly to yourself I am doing my best Now think of one thing you're grateful for today It could be something small Or simply this moment of stillness Now let that gratitude fill your heart Allow it to expand that warmth within you Spreading all throughout your body Now this light It's your inner wisdom Your strengths,

Your potential See it growing brighter and warmer With each breath you take Know that everything you need to take the next step Is already within you Now ask yourself gently Without forcing And just let your response come to you What is one small step I can take today?

Allow the answer to arise naturally It might be reaching out to someone Updating your resume Or simply resting to restore your energy Trust whatever comes up Release any need to control the outcome Breathe in trust Know that the right opportunities Are finding their way to you Every step,

Even the quiet ones Is guiding you forward Begin to bring your awareness back to the room Wiggle your fingers and your toes Gently roll your shoulders Take one more deep nourishing breath in When you're ready Gently,

Softly open your eyes Carry this calm and clarity with you Remember,

You are capable You are resilient And everything is unfolding as it should Thank you for sharing this moment with yourself You are ready for what's next

This is exactly what I needed to hear today. I loved how gentle this meditation was. Thank you for the reminder that I am ready for what’s next. I believe it, and I claim it. I have been job searching for over a year now, and the rejection letters are many. Despite all, I know that what is meant for me will find me. I am so grateful to you for sharing this meditation. I am absolutely ready for what’s next. 🙏🏽✨
