Let's lower your center of gravity down from your head and shoulders, out of your thinking mind, and into the center of your being - the Hara. When your center of gravity is in the Hara, you are grounded. Your worries about future and past decreases in volume. You are simply present. And your action becomes clear and decisive.

You can begin just by settling in,

Allowing the eyes to close,

And taking a couple deep inhales and exhales.

And just become aware of the body,

Notice whatever feels tight or tense or flexed,

Allowing it to release and let go,

Softening and releasing the muscles of the eyes,

Of the scalp,

Of the nose and jaw,

Down through your neck and your shoulders,

Out through your arms and your hands,

Softening and letting go of whatever's holding on,

Down through your chest and your stomach,

And all the way through your legs and into your feet and your toes,

And your whole being,

Along with the breath,

Letting go of everything,

Letting yourself fall apart completely,

And instead being held by the present moment,

By the universe,

Breathing out and releasing everything that is not simply here.

What is here is so simple and pure.

Releasing everything that is not simply here on the exhale and then breathing in just this.

Keep reopening,

Re-softening,

Making little adjustments that allow you to drop more and more deeply into just this real present moment.

This is your whole life.

How can you be here fully for your life?

Breathing out and letting go of everything that is not simply here and breathing in the full reality of being alive.

You might imagine and feel your center of gravity gradually dropping from your head and shoulders down into the center of your body.

Some call this the hara,

Letting your energy move down from the thinking mind into the wordless ground of reality.

And before we finish,

You might commit to acting from the hara,

From the core of your being that is always,

Only,

Ever here.

When you act from the hara,

You act from a grounded,

Focused,

Clear,

Present,

Authentic,

Vulnerable space.

So if you like,

Maybe some commitment to acting from the hara today or tomorrow.

Now you can take a few more deep,

Releasing inhales and exhales.

Breathing out,

Letting go of habitual momentum.

Breathing in,

Coming back to the hara,

Coming back to just right now.

And when you're ready,

If your eyes were closed,

You can gradually allow them to reopen on their own.

And I hope to see you again here.

Until then,

Let us both act from the present moment.
