Let's take a moment to just settle in.
You can make any adjustments in your posture.
You might let yourself flow with gravity.
Let gravity settle you into a stable base here.
You could wobble back and forth and just rest into a stable rooted base.
Like a tree or a flower,
Rooted,
Grounded,
And reaching up and out,
Naturally unfolding from those roots.
Opening to receive this new moment and this new experience.
Letting go of any expectations,
Wishes for this to be a certain way,
And opening to really receive what's here with acceptance.
And your eyes can be closed or open for now,
But if you'd like to close them,
You can do so now.
You might have already done this.
And starting in the eyes,
However you can,
Activate the energy of softening,
Releasing,
Opening,
Unfolding.
Of letting go.
In the eyes,
Behind the eyes,
Around the eyes.
And then let that softening and opening energy leak all the way through the rest of your body.
Kind of like water making its way through the soil.
Noticing anything holding on and letting that releasing,
Opening water let it go.
Jaw,
Neck,
Shoulders,
Arms,
Hands,
Chest,
Stomach,
Legs,
And your feet,
And through your whole being.
Softening,
Opening,
Releasing.
Again and again.
You might just pay attention to a few deep breaths here.
Breathing in deep,
And then letting the breath go all the way out on the exhale.
Letting it go completely,
And then just waiting for the inhale to fill you back up in its own time.
Emptying and filling.
And you can gently open your eyes back up if they were closed.
Really coming into and embodying this new space,
This new moment.
