Utilize the natural rhythm of the breath to exhale worry and anxiety (future/past thinking) down through the body and inhale the present moment up through the body. This is why I call this "cycle" practice: we are cycling out the distracted mind and cycling into simple presence. I use this often with clients in psychotherapy as a grounding tool. I hope you enjoy!
