Welcome to this evening's meditation.

As today draws to a close,

Let's spend this time together for contemplation,

Making yourself really comfortable as you settle into this space.

Take a deeper breath in through your nose and then breathe out through your nose.

Deeper breath in and breathe out and then allow your eyes to close.

Finding its way into its natural flow and rhythm and as it does,

Feel that your body can sink into the surface beneath you.

Consciously allow yourself to relax.

Relax your jaw.

Release your shoulders.

Feel your hands relax.

Your abdomen soften.

Your hips and pelvis relax.

And your legs and feet Feel heavy and relaxed now.

Your entire physical being resting in stillness.

Aware of your breath.

The sound of your breathing.

The sensations in your body as you breathe in and out.

Each exhale guiding you into relaxation as you move your awareness inward.

Reflect upon what you attract into your life.

Aware of the kinds of people you draw to you.

Are there events or situations that seem to repeat?

Without judgement,

Just contemplate.

Because the good things and the not so good things that we draw into our reality are a reflection of our inner state and you can change your inner state.

You have the agency to do so.

And by shifting the quality of your thoughts and cultivating positive qualities in your heart then you begin to change what you're offering to the world.

When you do that you create change in your life.

That internal shift radiates outwards and influences the quality of your relationship,

Your work,

Your health.

It touches all aspects of your life.

Your inner world,

The thoughts you think,

The emotions you hold directly influence what manifests in your outer world.

All experiences,

Whether joyful or happy,

Whether suffering or even the root causes of your problems,

Begin within your own mind.

The solution to these problems also exists there.

By becoming aware of your thoughts as they arise and acknowledging your feelings without letting them consume you,

You begin to see clearly.

And this awareness opens the door to change.

Start paying attention to the air and flow of your thoughts and feelings as you move through your day.

Notice how your mind interacts with the world around you.

Yes,

Some challenges may seem unsolvable in the external world and yet within your mind all problems can be approached differently.

Acceptance of your current reality paired with a peaceful mindset can transform even the most difficult situations.

And by focusing on what you can do instead of being fixated on what you can't you allow your mind to rest in peace and clarity.

Remember the causes of your life's challenges as well as the solutions.

Live within your mind.

As you become more aware of your thoughts and feelings without letting them overwhelm you,

New possibilities emerge.

This heightened awareness opens you up to things that truly matter to you and it becomes easier to see alternative paths and solutions.

When you face life's challenges with a peaceful mind it allows you to be fully present,

Not only with yourself,

Also with those you care about.

You can offer your complete attention to the people you love,

Truly listening and engaging with them because your mind is calm and clear.

Some external problems may never be fully resolved but within,

Peace is always possible.

When you awaken to the power of your mind you can smooth out the internal turbulence allowing you to navigate life with grace regardless of what comes your way.

May you find the strength to look within embracing the power of your own mind to create the changes you seek.

May you cultivate thoughts of peace,

Love and clarity allowing them to guide you towards the life you truly desire.

May you awaken each day with a heart full of gratitude open to the possibilities that life offers.

May you face your challenges with a calm and steady mind knowing that solutions will emerge from your inner stillness.

May you be surrounded by people who uplift and support you reflecting the kindness and compassion you carry within.

May you find joy in the simple moments appreciating the beauty that already exists in your life.

May you always trust in your ability to heal,

Grow and transform knowing that all answers lie within you.

May your journey inward bring you peace and may that peace radiate out into every part of your life touching those around you with its light as you prepare to transition into sleep.

Give yourself permission to let go of the day's worries and concerns.

Feel the tension in your body begin to melt away with each breath you take.

Let your mind soften as you gently release any thoughts knowing they can wait for tomorrow.

With every breath you can feel your body sinking deeper into comfort your muscles relaxing,

Your heartbeat slowing allowing yourself to drift into a peaceful state feeling safe,

Calm and deeply at ease.

You are being held by the universe and everything is taken care of.

There is nothing left for you to do here but rest.

Let yourself be carried by the gentler rhythm of your breath drifting off to sleep feeling yourself sinking deeper into the softness of sleep where peace and restoration await.

You are safe and all is well.

Rest deeply now and allow sleep to carry you into the night.
