Come to a comfortable seated position or lie down.

Ensure you're comfortable and warm.

As you settle into this space,

Invite your breath to begin to lengthen.

Just letting the cool,

Deep inhale grow and let the warm exhale empty out the body fully and completely.

Breathing in and out through the nose.

Aware of the coolness as the breath comes in through the nose.

Through the nose.

Aware of the coolness as the breath comes in through the nose.

And the warmth as the breath leaves from the nose.

As these breaths grow and lengthen,

Allow yourself to become a little more connected to your physical body.

Your body's sitting or lying here in this moment in time.

Aware of the breath in your body.

Nothing else,

Just aware of the breath in the body.

Letting each breath come to release the worries and anxieties.

Letting the mind start to quieten.

This isn't always easy to do like flipping a switch.

But just by being aware of the body and the breath,

Watching the breath come in and out and feeling the physical body,

You can start to let the layers just begin to peel away.

And as you're letting go,

You can start to let go of the body.

And as you're letting go,

You can start to let go of the body.

And as you're letting go,

You can start to let go of the body.

And as you're letting go,

You can start to let go of the body.

And as you're letting go,

You can start to let go of the body.

Your head,

Aware of your head.

Your face,

Aware of your face.

Your ears,

Aware of your ears.

Shoulders,

Aware of your shoulders.

Your arms,

Aware of your arms.

Your neck and throat,

Aware of your neck and throat.

Letting your breath continue to flow in and out,

Each breath bringing a deeper sense of ease.

Each breath bringing a deeper sense of ease.

As you continue to be aware of the body,

The physical body,

Breathing and aware of the body.

Aware now of the shoulder blades.

Aware of the shoulder blades.

Aware of the chest.

Awareness of the chest.

The ribs.

Awareness of the ribs and the way that the breath invites the ribs to expand and contract with each breath.

Awareness of the internal organs.

Awareness of the internal organs.

Awareness of the internal organs.

Awareness of the pelvis,

Hips.

Awareness of the pelvis and hips.

Awareness of the legs.

Awareness of the legs.

Awareness of the feet.

Awareness of the feet.

Awareness of the whole body.

Awareness of the whole body.

Now as you hold this awareness of the physical body,

Come to picture one of your most favorite natural settings.

Come to picture one of your most favorite natural settings.

Maybe it's a place you've been or go to regularly,

Or maybe it's a place you just create right now in your mind.

Whatever it is,

Allow yourself to become clear with that vision of this natural place.

And imagine your body now comes into that space.

Aware of the grounding earth beneath you.

The beauty of the sky above.

The beauty of the sky above.

And the comfort of the surroundings around you.

Allow yourself to be held by the earth and by the beauty and safety of this space.

Picturing yourself here.

The safety and the comfort of this space.

Breathing just here in the comfort of this space.

In the last few moments lingering here,

Just allowing any pieces that may still be within to just melt into the earth.

Any pieces keeping you from trust and ease.

Anything from keeping you from peace,

Calm.

Just allow those pieces just to melt into the earth.

Stay present with your body.

Stay present with your breath.

And just let the rest go.

And as a way just to finish off this time here for you today,

Just to let go of the rest.

Finish off this time here for you today.

Just coming to an intention that allows you to melt into this trust more fully.

Could be simply I am trust.

I surrender.

Or I allow it to go.

Whatever it is,

Just come to repeat that.

Three times.

Thank you for taking this time for you.

Wishing you the most beautiful and magical day.
