Come to a comfortable seated position or if you'd prefer come to lie down.
If you'd like come wrap yourself in a blanket to ensure you're warm enough.
Allow yourself to soften your eyes and come to focus on your breath.
Aware of the inhale filling the body and the exhale letting all breath leave the body.
Just notice inhale and exhale.
And now as you breathe just come to be aware of the physical body.
Just notice the way the physical body feels right here in this moment in time.
The physical body all the way from the head down to the toes.
As you come to be aware of the body and what's happening in this moment just releasing all judgment or expectation.
Just simply awakening your inner observer.
And now as you continue to breathe bring your awareness to your mind.
Just total awareness of the quality of thoughts,
The energy of the mind.
No judgment,
No expectation,
Just awareness.
And now coming to be aware of the emotional body.
Just noticing what you're feeling right here in this moment.
Not worrying about what you were feeling or what you may come to feel just what are you feeling right here right now.
And just like a warm embrace just accept and be open to whatever you're feeling without any judgment or expectation.
And then taking it one level deeper and just awakening your awareness of how connected you feel.
How connected do you feel to the people in your life?
How connected do you feel to yourself?
And how connected do you feel to Source,
Universe or your Creator?
Just noticing.
There's no right,
There's no wrong,
There's no have to,
There's no expectation,
Just awareness.
And now I invite you to become aware of your mind's eye.
And as you connect to your mind's eye,
I invite you to now place one palm and then the other onto your chest.
And this connection to your heart and your mind's eye.
Come to envision and feel into how you want to be feeling as you leave this meditation.
What do you want for the rest of your day?
Or perhaps your sleep ahead?
And then come to invite a word to capture the essence of that.
Maybe it's peace or presence,
Whatever word it may be.
And as you inhale,
I invite you to inhale the words I am.
And as you exhale,
I invite you to exhale whatever that word is that captures the essence of what you're wanting,
What you want to step into,
What you want to help create for yourself.
Inhale I am.
And exhale whatever that word is that captures the essence of what you want to create,
What you want to invite in for yourself.
And stay present with that word and your I am for another three deep breaths.
And now if you're in a lying down position,
I invite you to soften over onto your right side.
Come up to a seated position.
Now bring your palms together touching in front of your chest.
Bringing your hands together in this hand position as a way to invite your body's energy to connect to your heart center.
Connect to your center of love and compassion,
Holistic thinking.
Come back to your I am statement one last time.
