Come to a comfortable seated position or lie down on your back.

Make sure you're warm enough.

Take a moment to allow your breath to become your focus.

Allow your body to receive a full inhale and release a full exhale.

Inhaling fully,

Exhaling completely.

With each breath you breathe in,

Breathing in the permission to invite calm and ease.

And every breath you breathe out,

Releasing any tension,

Cares,

Or worries.

Every breath you breathe in,

Breathing in calm and ease.

And every breath you breathe out,

Releasing any cares or worries.

Now as you breathe,

Just feel a wave of ease come over your body.

Feeling the ease come across the top of the head,

Melting into the scalp and skull.

And like a warm breeze or warm wax,

Just letting this wave continue flowing down,

Releasing the space across the forehead.

The eyes,

The ears,

Relaxing the mouth,

The jaw,

And the tongue.

This warm wave of relaxation softening the throat and the neck,

Down across the tops of the shoulders into the shoulder blades.

Down the right arm into the right fingertips.

Left arm into the left fingertips.

Across the chest,

Across the upper belly,

Mid-belly,

And lower belly.

Letting this wave of warm relaxation travel all the way down the spine to the tip of the tailbone,

Relaxing the whole back body.

Now into the pelvis,

Letting the entire pelvis soften,

Letting it relax and release.

Just letting go of holding as this warm wave comes through,

Releasing physical tensions and any emotional tensions in the body.

Just letting it go,

Letting it wash away.

Releasing down the right leg,

Past the right knee into the right toes.

And down the left leg,

Past the left knee into the left toes.

Aware of the whole body,

Whole body,

Feeling relaxed and calm,

Feeling at ease,

Inviting a sense of safety and trust.

Now coming to be aware of a pink mist that comes to be illuminated every time you breathe in.

This pink mist lives at your heart space,

Right at the center of your chest.

As you breathe in,

It's like you're breathing in right to the center of your chest and this pink mist illuminates the center of the chest and begins to spread throughout that space.

And as you exhale,

The pink mist spreads further across the whole chest,

Across the shoulder blades,

Down the arms into the fingertips,

Occupying the whole heart center.

Inhale,

It illuminates.

Exhale,

It spreads.

As this pink mist spreads throughout this space,

Connecting to the beauty that makes you you,

The love,

The acceptance,

And the compassion that lives in this space,

The trust.

And noticing now that this pink mist is so bright in this space,

It now starts to spread down and up in the body,

Spreading throughout the rest of the body,

Just filling the rest of the body with this soothing energy,

Filling the rest of the body with this loving force,

This energy of ease,

Compassion.

I now invite you to bring this pink light,

This pink mist back to concentrate at the heart space.

And as a way to invite you to connect a little bit more into that space and bring it in,

I invite you to bring your hands to come to touch the center of your chest.

So if you're a female,

The left hand comes to the center of the chest first.

If you're a male,

It's the right.

And then the opposite hand comes on top of there.

So as the hands come to touch the center of the chest,

So does this pink mist come to concentrate back in again at the center of the heart.

As you connect into this space,

Just knowing that this is the space that houses your truth.

This is the home of your soul.

When we lead from this space,

When we check in from this space on a regular basis,

We know that we are leading our life from love and we are leading our life in connection to our soul.

When we do this,

This is the path of joy,

The path of fullness.

So coming now just to take a moment to just breathe awareness into this sacred space of your body.

And just receive the message that the heart space is here to tell you today right here in this moment.

Sometimes a message doesn't come immediately.

Perhaps you would like to invite the words I am to come and then fill in the blank from there.

And if it still feels not super clear,

Then just I invite you to simply come to the words I am love or I am joy.

Perhaps I am trust.

Whatever comes,

Just invite the words to repeat three times to embed them a little more deeply into your consciousness.

If you are lying down,

Take a moment now to very slowly soften over onto your right side.

Taking a couple of breaths as you transition,

Not feeling rushed.

You are ready to come to a seated position if you were lying down.

And just as a way to close,

Just have three more deep breaths.

Taking a moment now to thank yourself for taking this time for you.
