Welcome to this Mind High Club meditation for the purpose of connecting you with your true self,
Your deeper consciousness,
The one that sees when you see.
Gently close your eyes and take three slow deep breaths,
Flowing in through your nostrils,
Down through your lungs,
All the way to your belly,
And releasing gently out your mouth.
Now relax your forehead,
Relax your eyelids,
Your cheeks,
And your jaw.
Release any tension in your neck,
Relaxing your shoulders.
Feel all of the tension flow out of your body,
Flowing down from your chest through your hips,
Letting the seat carry the weight of your body,
All the way down through your legs and out the soles of your feet.
Know that you're safe,
Grounded,
And protected.
Bring yourself completely to the present.
Bring your attention to the breath.
Just simply notice it flowing gently in and out of your body.
Bring your awareness to the air flowing easily through your nose.
Feel it in your lungs and chest.
Notice the subtle sensations in your nostrils as the breath flows in and out,
Gently,
Effortlessly.
Now place your attention behind the breath,
To who is aware of the breath.
Who is there?
Who is the one that is aware?
Just noticing the sensation of the breath,
And then tracing it back to who is noticing it.
You may feel an empty space,
A quiet place.
That's where you can deeply connect with yourself.
Just rest here without judging or analyzing.
Just be.
Connect with the space and be still here.
Effortlessly connect with the one who is aware,
The one who is watching and noticing the breath.
If your mind wanders,
Gently come back to the breath.
Nestled comfortably in this empty space,
Feeling completely relaxed.
When you're ready,
And without any expectation,
Without seeking any answers,
Simply silently say to yourself,
Who am I?
You aren't looking for an answer.
You're just resting here,
Without judgment or expectation,
Repeating again,
Who am I?
Breathing into this space,
Connecting with the one noticing the breath,
Gently repeat again,
Who am I?
Feel the breath flowing gently through your nose,
Gently and effortlessly,
Feeling completely relaxed and centered,
Connected to your higher self,
The one that notices the breath.
Now silently and gently say to yourself,
I am.
You are the one who lives in this space.
You are the infinite wisdom and limitless potential.
You are connected to all that is.
Repeating again,
I am.
Say silently to yourself,
I am.
Really fill into this empty space of stillness,
I am.
Stay here for a few moments,
Resting in the stillness,
Completely relaxed,
Completely connected.
You are the one who notices the breath.
And slowly bringing your awareness back into your body,
Feeling the sensations within you,
The clothes on your skin.
Wiggle your fingers and toes,
And taking a slow,
Deep,
Restorative breath,
Only when you're ready,
Open your eyes.
Enjoy the rest of your day,
Feeling more deeply connected to yourself.
