Welcome to your Mind High Club guided self-enquiry meditation for tapping into your inner wisdom.
Together we will enter a space of stillness where we can ask ourselves what our purpose is in this life.
Moments of clarity and insight can come to us when we are still,
Before thoughts or judgement step in to cloud them.
In this journey together today we will tap into the stillness where insight lives.
Gently close your eyes and take three slow deep breaths.
Relax your shoulders and your jaw.
Relax your forehead.
Feel all of the tension leave your body out the soles of your feet.
Feel how heavy your eyelids are.
Let the seat carry the full weight of your body.
Feeling your body heavy where you sit.
Feeling the heaviness of your body.
Let it all go and know that you're safe,
Grounded and protected.

Bring yourself completely to the present.
Bring your attention to the breath.
Just simply notice it flowing gently in and out of your body.
Bring your awareness to the air flowing easily through your nostrils.
Feel it in your lungs and chest.
Notice the subtle sensations in your nostrils as the breath flows in and out gently and effortlessly.
Stay with your breath and if you find your mind wandering gently return to the breath.
If thoughts or feelings arise let them be without trying to force them away.
Watch them go by like clouds floating in the sky.
Notice the stillness inside of you where your awareness comes from.
Rest here comfortable just being.
Connect with the stillness and stay here peacefully just resting your awareness on the breath.
Feel into the space.
Embrace the nothingness that is here.
Notice the empty space inside the stillness.
Just be here.
When you are ready and without any expectation,
Any intention or judgement,
Gently and silently ask yourself,
What is my purpose?
Repeat silently to yourself,
What is my purpose in this life?
You aren't searching for an answer,
You're just resting here,
Open.
What is my purpose in this life?
Now ask yourself gently,
What do I want?
Be repeating,
What do I want?
Feel into the stillness.
You may have had insights come through in the stillness and you may not have.
Whatever is true for you will be clear.
Whatever this looks like for you,
Don't think about it or pass any judgement,
Just let it be.
Whatever has or hasn't happened in your meditation today is perfect.
And slowly bringing your awareness back into your body with one more slow,
Deep breath.
When you're ready,
You can open your eyes.
Take a moment to reflect on this self-enquiry.
What insights or senses came through to you when you connected with yourself?

Colours,
Feelings or symbols?
Write anything down that felt true and clear to you.
Do this practice more frequently to build your muscle of self-enquiry and to tap into your deeper wisdom.
