Welcome,
My name is Casey Hubble with Yoga Wild and this is a mini meditation.
This meditation is an opportunity to just take a couple of minutes before you head into work or class or a meeting to sit and breathe.
Your breath is a powerful tool to impact how you feel.
So take this time to reset.
Try to find a little ease wherever you are sitting,
Maybe a quick shoulder shake or neck roll.
Then arrive.
Notice your breath,
Just the natural rhythm of your breath.
Notice where you feel your breath in your body.
Notice your body,
Any sensations,
Any place that is talking to you as you sit.
Just be aware.
Be aware as you breathe in.
Be aware as you breathe out.
Be aware as you breathe in.
Be aware as you breathe out.
And that's it.
That's your practice.
Try to stay present with each breath,
Each part of your breath.
With curiosity and intention,
Be aware as you breathe in.
Be aware as you breathe out.
As you head into work or your class or your meeting,
Notice how your breath affects how you feel.
And anytime for the rest of your day,
You can pause and take just two minutes to make yourself feel better.
