Today we move through with forgiveness.
Adjust your position now.
Sit or lie down in any comfortable way in order to gently turn towards your mind with all the love and forgiveness residing in your heart.
Relax any areas of hardness or tension.
Inhale with me now,
And clear it all out.
Enjoy another full breath now.
Listen in now.
What prevents you from being present here and now?
Is there a constant to-do list?
A challenge that keeps coming up?
Feelings of burnout?
Listen to everything that's coming up without judgment.
Breathe easily.
What would you like to change?
What stories feel worn out?
What thoughts or worries have held you captive for long enough?
What if you forgave yourself for this worn out story,
For this situation that causes worry,
Or for your body that holds on to pain?
Forgiven when you tense up.
Forgiven.
Forgiveness has been a hard one for me.
The more I practice,
The easier it becomes.
The more readily I can forgive myself for my tense judgments,
My impatient thoughts,
Or my controlling expectations,
The quicker my body returns to rest and softness.
And I hope it will for you too.
Forgiven when you forget to breathe.
Forgiven.
Forgive yourself for trying to keep up,
Or for pushing yourself,
Or for letting the nagging thoughts overwhelm you.
Forgiven.
It's okay to be easier on yourself for the ways in which you cared too much,
Or wanted to help others too much.
It's okay to give yourself a break and rest here in forgiveness.
Take a full breath to gather up any last bits of old stories or worry.
Hold at the top.
Exhale and tangibly release out your mouth.
One more time.
Inhale,
Gather everything that you can.
Notice it,
Bring it in,
And hold at the top.
And you can let it go now.
Let yourself soften.
Let it go.
Forgiven.
You were not designed to hold on forever,
Or to be in one state permanently.
You were designed to change,
To flow,
To listen,
Act,
Rest,
Communicate with your body,
Heart,
And your mind.
And on days where any type of practice feels unmanageable,
You were also designed to forgive yourself and try again tomorrow.
Forgiven.
I wish you well as you continue practicing out in life.
Let's connect again soon.
