Forgiveness is one of the most powerful tools we have as an expression of self love and letting of the things that we no longer wish to carry. Are you having trouble letting go of past hurt? The act of forgivness opens us up to feeling of love and empathy, it helps to releave the pressures of personal guilt, anger and shame. I have practiced this medication myself for many years.
