In this meditation, we invite a deeper connection to our higher self, inner self, or divinity within (whichever resonates for you) to hold us in love and compassion. This could be especially helpful if you are going through a challenging time or even to support you in your day-to-day life. It can be easy to feel alone at times, so this meditation serves as a reminder that we are never alone and to find peace (even just a little) in this knowing and in this love.

Hello and welcome to this meditation designed to support you when you're going through a challenging time or even just to give you a little boost in your day-to-day life.

Finding a comfortable seat and allowing your eyes to close.

Feel your attention turning within and taking a moment to notice the parts of your body that are in contact with the floor or the chair or whatever you're sitting on or using as support.

That support beneath you,

Holding you,

That groundedness.

And now move your focus to the breathing.

Breathing gently in and out of your nose.

If it's uncomfortable breathing through the nose then breathing in and out of the mouth.

And allow your mind's focus to be on your breath and noticing how the breath is always present.

We can only ever breathe this very breath.

It is this breath that is giving us life force,

Oxygen,

Prana.

Focusing on the breath and as we do so it naturally starts to deepen.

It starts to slow.

It lets our nervous system know that we are safe,

That we can relax.

Noticing now your inner weather.

How your inner world feels.

And if it feels uncomfortable that's okay.

If you feel tension or tightness in the body that's okay.

Breathing gently in and out.

And our intention for this meditation is to connect into the part of ourselves that is untouched by what is happening in our lives.

The part of us that witnesses our life.

And that remains in a state of pure love,

Pure presence and peace.

The part of us that knows great wisdom.

And when we are going through a challenging time in our lives or when we've been triggered by something that's happened.

It can be easy to forget to give ourselves love and kindness as we move through whatever it is that we're moving through.

We might be hard on ourselves or tear into ourselves for what is presenting in our life.

When ultimately we need love or to be held during this experience.

And sometimes it could be our inner child trying to express a need or a want or wanting some attention for something that's happened in the past.

But it feels very present now.

We can hold that part of us,

Our inner child.

So I invite you now to place your hands on your heart.

Connecting into your heart space.

And whatever is arising here is completely fine.

And now saying inwardly,

I call upon my higher self.

Or my divine self,

My inner self.

The divinity within me or whatever resonates best for you.

Calling in that divine aspect.

Calling it forth and it may feel a little challenging to connect to in this moment and that's okay.

Just trusting that it's there and that it's been with you your whole entire life.

It's there.

It's present.

So calling that aspect forth.

And allowing yourself to speak to this part of you.

Share whatever is on your mind or in your heart.

Whatever is weighing heavy on you.

Talking to your higher self,

Your divine self.

Anything that arises at all,

Sharing.

Knowing you are being heard.

And asking this part of you if it has anything that it wants to share.

Any words of wisdom or perhaps a loving embrace.

Perhaps holding you.

Allowing your higher self to hold you.

To hold whatever aspect of you or your inner child needs to be held right now.

You're not alone.

Let yourself be held.

Allowing this unconditional and unlimited love and compassion to flow through you.

Trusting that it's there.

Ready and waiting for you.

Holding all aspects of you in love and compassion.

And if you are going through a challenging time.

Asking your higher self for support.

For divine intervention.

For a shift.

Saying inwardly,

I am open to shifting this with ease and grace.

I am open to receive the love and support of my higher self.

Of the divine.

Whatever is arising is okay.

I allow myself to be held in love.

Listening to the voice of your inner self.

Noticing if it has anything else to share.

This part of you.

And if it resonates you could try repeating these statements inwardly.

I am never alone.

My higher self or divine self is with me always.

It knows me fully and completely.

It loves me without condition or judgment.

My higher self is a gateway to peace.

To clarity.

To love.

And even if it may take some time for things in my life to shift.

Or this feeling to shift.

I know I am not alone.

I know that I am completely understood.

I am completely seen and heard.

I am completely held in love.

And as I move through this,

Love will hold me.

Even if I don't feel it all the time,

I know love is there.

Love will hold me.

Compassion will hold me.

Breathe.

Breathe into this space.

And into this knowing.

Surrendering to the divinity within you.

And all around you.

Let yourself be held.

Feel the breath as it moves in your body.

You're welcome to stay in this space for as long as you'd like to.

Or if you're ready to come out.

Taking a nice deep breath.

Breathing into your heart center.

Exhaling to soften.

Thanking your higher self,

Your divine self,

The divinity within you.

Knowing you can come back to this at any time.

And when you're ready,

Slowly open the eyes and come back to the room.
