This guided gratitude meditation is created to help activate your natural abundant state. So often our ability to tap into our powerful creative and abundant state is difficult because we struggle to feel it in our bodies. This meditation invites you to travel into your breath and body to foster safety and centeredness before moving into elements of visualization and vibrational poetry to help you cross the threshold into a fresh dimension where possibility and hope live.

Be it ease,

Today we will journey into the realm of gratitude and abundance.

This is a heart activation.

True gratitude is a powerful healer and connector.

God invites us to grow through joy.

Living in an abundant state is very nourishing for us.

And so today we will move into a place where we can really begin to embody it.

So as we begin our journey,

I invite you to take a posture of comfort and support.

You can sit up or lay down.

You can cross your legs or put your feet on the floor.

Whatever posture makes you feel most at home.

Get comfortable and gently close your eyes.

As you settle in,

Just notice how you're held in the arms of gravity.

Allow your muscles,

Your bones and tissue to let go.

Can you feel the weight and substance of your body?

Take a deep breath in now and welcome yourself into this moment.

And release the breath,

Letting go of any tension or tightness you might notice.

Breathe in again and release it.

Breathe in again.

Soften a little bit more on the out breath as you let go.

Follow the rhythm of your breath now.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Breathe in and breathe out.

As you breathe in,

You're receiving nourishment.

You're receiving oxygen.

Your body's feeling better and better.

As you breathe out,

You're releasing tension.

You're letting go of sticky thoughts.

You're giving yourself a moment to be here now.

As you receive the breath and as you release the breath,

You're already naturally moving into the flow of abundance.

Abundance is about receiving and letting go,

Receiving and giving back,

Allowing what you need to nourish you,

To come to you and releasing when you don't need it anymore,

Giving it back to the universe,

Giving it back to your environment.

So follow the rhythm of your breath and know that you are moving closer and closer to the realm of abundance.

You're embodying it even now.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Breathe in and breathe out.

This is your natural state.

Going deeper now,

I'd like you to imagine that you're breathing in light with your next in breath.

Draw that light in with your breath all the way down into your heart and allow the light and the oxygen to fill up your whole chest.

Here we activate our true heart and we call in grace to support us.

And as you release the breath,

We call in guidance,

Protection and the embodiment of our deep connection.

You are safe.

You are not alone.

Take a minute here and allow a sense of safety and awareness to unfold.

In order to continue our journey,

We need to activate our imaginal power a little bit more so you're going to open up your inner eye.

I invite you now to imagine that you're stepping out onto a path and as the path unfolds for you,

Your imagination will bring you images of the landscape,

The shape of the path,

The direction that it's going.

Just trust whatever pictures come to you,

That it's just right for you.

Allow it to be there.

As you breathe in and out,

You're pulled gently along this path.

What do you notice around you?

What does the landscape look like?

In the distance now,

You can see that there's something there and with each breath you take,

You step closer and with each breath you release,

You step closer.

It's like you're being pulled towards this and you are.

That is the door to your abundant realm.

You can see it clearly now.

What does the door look like?

Allow yourself to see the shape,

The color.

Maybe it has symbols on it that mean something to you.

As we approach the door,

It slowly starts to open and you can see glimpses of the amazing treasures that are waiting for you on the other side.

Can you feel it?

It's exciting,

Isn't it?

With each breath in and each breath out,

Your abundance is calling to you.

All of the things that you are totally grateful for are pulling you forward right now.

But before you cross over the threshold and into the land of your abundance,

You have an opportunity right now to lay any burdens down that you don't want to carry with you in this moment.

So if there is any fear or a problem or heaviness that you just want to let go of for this small pocket of time,

I invite you now to imagine taking it in your hands and setting it on the ground right outside the threshold.

As you release your burden,

You notice that the doorway has completely opened now.

So take a big deep breath in and as you release the breath,

Step through the doorway.

You may immediately see things that you are grateful for.

Allow the picture to bloom in your mind's eye.

Who and what greets you here?

See yourself touching and walking through all of the treasures that make up your life right now.

Maybe you feel the presence of loved ones or memories that hold heart charging power.

You may feel the burn of truth and know that it has changed your life for the better.

As you look around and feel into this beautiful place,

You realize that this realm stretches farther than your eye can see and it is full of all the things that nourish you,

Of all the things that enrich your life and give your life meaning.

I want to invite you now to notice how your body feels.

What does gratitude feel like for you?

Where do you notice it?

Does it have a texture?

A color?

A temperature?

Whatever you experience is just right for you.

Allow yourself a moment here to really feel the truth of what gratitude means for you.

And if nothing comes to you right now,

Just know that that's perfectly all right too.

Maybe this awareness will come to you with words or symbols or sounds later today or in your dreams or in a moment with someone unexpected.

Whatever you notice and whatever you're experiencing right now is just right for you and will be unique to you.

Continue to rest here in the feelings of gratitude.

Stay with your breath,

Following the rhythm,

Breathing in and breathing out and allow yourself to float lightly on the words of this declaration.

I am grateful my heart is open.

I see the good things in my life every morning.

I am grateful my heart is open.

I say thank you,

Thank you,

Thank you as my feet hit the floor.

I am grateful my heart is open.

I feel the hope of my blessings opening the right doors.

I am grateful my heart is open.

I taste the sweetness in my life and welcome more.

I am grateful my heart is open.

I see the good things in my life every morning.

I am grateful my heart is open.

I say thank you,

Thank you,

Thank you as my feet hit the floor.

I am grateful my heart is open.

I feel the hope of my blessings opening the right doors.

I am grateful my heart is open.

I see the good things in my life and welcome more.

Allow these words to settle into your heart and know that you've spoken the state of gratitude and the state of abundance into your future.

You have blessed your life today.

May you receive the love and blessings and nourishment that is here for you right now.
