Welcome to the meditation for limited beliefs.
Limited beliefs are beliefs that we have about ourselves that are limiting us.
They are running in our subconscious mind and often standing in the way or acting as blocks when it comes to us achieving,
Reaching our goals or just being our best selves.
So today I want to guide you on a journey inwards so you can become really clear on what limited beliefs that are running in your subconscious mind and then reframe them,
Create new beliefs that are going to be far more supportive and helpful.
The thing about limited beliefs which is so fascinating is that our confirmation bias really goes to work to look for us to be right about these limited beliefs.
I want you to really know this as you go inward today.
So if your limited belief for example is that I am not enough and you change that to a belief about yourself that says I am enough,
The confirmation bias will switch from looking for proof in the world of you not being enough being enough to looking for proof of you being enough.
I personally think you deserve that.
That's just an example but as you go inward today I want you to really consider that and consider what you want your confirmation bias to be looking for each day.
Whether that's I am successful,
I am enough,
I am confident.
Bear that in mind when you connect and reframe these limited beliefs and make new beliefs that support you.
So if you're ready let's go on this journey.
Go ahead and get comfortable and close your eyes.
Take a deep breath all the way down into your belly breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth just to center yourself here now.
Let's do a few more like that.
Just connecting to that beautiful flow of your breath feeling the belly expand and then drop back down allowing your entire body to relax.
And when you're ready allowing the breath to flow in and out of your nose and inviting in a beautiful healing light to flow through the body from the top of your head to the soles of your feet to calm and relax your entire body as your mind relaxes further now too.
I want you to start to connect to the space between your out breath and your in breath.
Gazing into that space that pause between the out breath and the in breath.
That silence right there bringing you to an even deeper place of relaxation.
Feeling your breath slowing down the thoughts just flowing in and out of the mind slower now.
Just letting them come and go focusing on that space between your out breath and your in breath.
Then traveling through the gateway there to a big open space filled with light where you can just be in this moment.
Connect to your subconscious mind and start to observe what limited beliefs are running in your subconscious mind.
What is something that you notice that you say about yourself maybe daily?
That seems true because you've said it so many times but now that you think about it maybe it's not true.
Maybe there is a different way to think about this.
What is a belief that you have about yourself that if you reframed that today and changed it slightly it could support you?
Take a moment here to just be with that thought.
Imagining how you could reframe it.
How would it sound?
How would it feel?
How would it look?
Is there a specific situation in your life right now that you can imagine playing out differently because your confirmation bias now will be looking for a different outcome?
What is that belief that you are changing right now that will support you in life?
Your mind is powerful.
It takes direction.
And when you give it new direction it takes that direction and it supports you and your subconscious mind feeds that back to your conscious mind daily.
What is that belief now that you want your subconscious mind to tell your conscious mind every day?
What belief do you want your subconscious mind to tell your conscious mind every day so that things can align in a new way for you?
What block is falling away here as you dismantle that old limited belief now and create a new belief that serves you way better?
Really accepting that you have that power.
You get to choose a belief for yourself and dismantle that old one,
Create this new one and then repeat it every day.
Consciously what will you say to yourself every day so that day after day this gets stronger and stronger and you feel more supported,
More aligned every day.
Sit for a moment with this new belief you have created and really feel into it.
How does it feel to feel this way about yourself?
Maybe you don't quite yet believe it to be true but you can know that you have changed that belief today.
And taking a deep breath in,
Sealing this practice,
Knowing that you've changed this belief today about yourself,
Coming back excited about how this will now support you in life.
Catch yourself every day.
If you find your mind wanting to go to the old belief,
You just affirm the new words,
You say them,
You say the new sentence and repeat it as often as you need within until you notice that you truly feel this way now.
You got this.

Traveling through the gateway and back into the space you're in and open your eyes whenever you're ready.
