This is a quick but powerful meditation that can be used daily. You simply make the words "I am," your focus, repeating them silently in your mind. When you catch yourself thinking, and your mind attempts to wander, come back to the words "I am". Affirmations are like a direct order to the subconscious mind. If you use this practice in the morning, it's great as an energising booster to set you up for the day, adding words like Energised, Strong, Confident to the I am sentence.
