This meditation is for those moments where we would like answers.
Maybe you're trying to work it out in your mind or asking people around you but something is not quite feeling aligned yet.
This meditation is a reminder that you have a great guidance system within you and today through this meditation you're going to connect with your own guidance system.
We are led to believe that we have three brains.
The mind,
The heart and the gut.
These are all guidance systems.
The mind being very logical but then when we drop into the heart we get to feel the guidance and same with the gut feeling.
When we get quiet like today we get to listen and observe all of that guidance that's right here within you.
So if you're ready go ahead and close your eyes.
Take a deep breath all the way down into your belly.
Take a deep breath in.
Just centering yourself here now.
Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth just a couple of times and then when you're ready go ahead and let your breath flow in and out of your nose throughout this practice.
You're going on an inward journey to connect to your own guidance system so you can connect to the answers that are already here within you.
Allowing each in-breath to guide you deeper and deeper into relaxation.
Just becoming aware of how the breath is flowing through your body.
How the chest is expanding and then dropping back down with every out-breath.
How the belly is expanding with the in-breath and then relaxing back down with the out-breath.
Maybe you're starting to notice that beautiful space between your out-breath and your in-breath.
Sometimes that's exactly what we need and we're looking for answers,
Guidance to connect to that to connect to that space,
That pause,
That expansion between the out-breath and the in-breath that is mirrored in your thoughts.
And when you create that space between your thoughts you're opening yourself up for guidance,
Inspired thoughts and answers.
Go ahead and connect to that question you have today or whatever it is that you are looking for guidance on,
Answers to.
Ask any question you have in this moment and then as you breathe in imagining yourself connecting fully to the guidance system within you.
When you are connected to that you're also connected to the oneness,
The one mind and your higher self.
So be open to receive the guidance that's here for you today.
Connecting first to the mind,
The thoughts here,
The answers here where you are connected to your higher self.
Just imagining receiving this guidance here now.
We're not trying to work anything out,
Just allowing for guidance and connecting with your inner guidance system.
I'm gonna give you a moment here to just listen and observe and then when you're ready,
Still with the same question in mind or maybe the question has changed a little,
You drop down into the wisdom in your heart,
That energy field here.
How am I feeling about this?
Just notice.
How are my feelings guiding me in this moment?
Remembering that both comfortable and uncomfortable feelings are both guides,
They both guide us.
What's your feelings telling you in this moment when you truly listen and allow yourself to feel?
And you may even want to put a hand over your heart and just gently say to yourself I am listening to these feelings.
Please guide me.
Allowing any answers to arrive now or later as you connect deeper to your inner guidance system.
You are opening up for this guidance to be there throughout the day and every day.
And then when you're ready,
Moving down to the guidance in your belly,
That gut feeling.
You may even want to move your hand and place one hand above over your belly breathing in and listening.
What is my gut feeling saying here?
I am listening,
Allowing myself to feel whatever is here to guide me.
Comfortable or uncomfortable?
I am observing,
I am listening,
Taking a moment to just listen to this gut feeling.
What is my gut feeling saying here?
And then just resting your hands back down.
Being here in this moment,
Fully present,
Fully connected to your entire guidance system within.
Feeling that flow right from the top of your head and all the way down into your belly to that gut feeling.
What are my thoughts right now?
How am I feeling?
What is here to be observed?
Has the question changed?
Do you know something now that you didn't know before you started this practice?
Being open to any words of guidance arriving now or later.
Listening.
What words or sentence is guiding you and giving you answers?
Whether that's in sounds,
Images,
Words,
Feelings.
Staying open to the guidance to arrive however is right for you in this moment.
Finishing this meditation with the words,
I trust that I am guided through my own inner guidance system.
And so it is.
As you take a deep breath in,
Sealing this practice and slowly and gently and in your own time,
Coming back to the space you're in and opening your eyes.
