Welcome to this energizing breath work practice.
This session is designed to invigorate the mind and the body.
We'll be moving through a series of quick full breaths and there will be moments of breath retention.
For this session you are invited to breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Take a moment to get comfortable sitting or lying down and if you'd like you can gently close your eyes.
Now take a deep breath in through your nose and a nice long sigh out the mouth.
Breathe in a sense of lightness and breathe out any heaviness.
Let go of any thoughts.
Give yourself permission to be fully present for this practice.
Now take one last deep breath in and a long breath out.
Let's move over to our energizing practice.

Our sensations,

Just as each inhale and exhale does.
Embrace this moment,

But you always have the power to come back to your breath and reconnect with yourself.
