It looks very inviting so you make your way through the long grass and flowers up the hill towards it.
When you reach the castle,
You cross the drawbridge and look at the gigantic door.
You wonder who lives here?
Could it be a giant or a princess or a king and queen?
You decide to find out.
You climb up the doorframe until you reach up high enough to see the golden nameplate on the door.
When you're high enough,
You read the nameplate and to your great surprise,
The name is one that you know very well.
It is your name.
This is your fairy tale castle here for you to explore today.
Use your mind to ask the doors to open.
This is how things work in your magical castle.
You just ask with your mind and things happen.
The gigantic doors swing open slowly with a loud creaking sound and you are just amazed when the doors open.
The floors are made from sparkling stone.
The walls are very high and are decorated in the finest artwork.
The furniture is glorious and there is a sparkling staircase that curves down into this huge room and a red carpet leading from where you stand all the way up the stairs.
You notice three people standing by the door.
They are here to help you.
One is holding a crown,
One is holding a royal looking cape and scepter,
And the other holds a tray of exotic looking fruit.
They explain to you that you are the king or queen in this castle and place the crown on your head,
The cape around your shoulders,
And the scepter in your royal hands.
Finally,
The man holding the tray offers for you to choose a piece of fruit.
You do not recognize the different fruits.
Some are purple and seeded,
Others glow in bright pinks,
Blues,
And greens.
Choose one of these strange fruits and take a bite.
Wow,
It is the most delicious thing you have ever tasted.
It sends a tingling sensation throughout your entire body and you feel the colors of the fruit filling your body with vibrant energy.
Enjoy the flavor and texture of this delightful fruit.
Heat it all up with a big smile on your face.
Now it is time to explore your castle.
Take a walk along the royal red carpet,
Up the stairs,
And along the wide corridor.
Look at the artwork and photographs that are hanging on the walls.
Some are of you,
You seem very happy here.
You can enter any door that you like,
Just ask it to open for you.
Spend some time looking around,
Go wherever you like.
Ballrooms full of dancing friends,
Rooms full of invaluable treasures,
Kitchens full of exotic and wonderful foods,
Tall towers with amazing views looking out over your entire kingdom,
Stables where the royal horses are kept,
Secret passageways to secret places.
It is your castle,
Get to know it,
Enjoy it.
Now that you have had a look around your castle,
It is time to visit a very special place in the castle,
The throne room.
Make your way to the throne room.
You will recognize it because it has a golden door with a golden handle.
You enter and see a magnificent throne.
The seat is made from soft red velvet and above the seat is a golden carving of your favorite animal.
Holding your head high,
Walk up to your throne and look carefully at it.
Now take your place on your throne.
You are a king or a queen,
You are strong,
Wise,
Compassionate and powerful.
Being a king or queen holds many responsibilities.
You are responsible for the people within your kingdom.
It is your job to look after them.
Spend some time thinking about someone in your life that you have the power to help.
Think about how you could help them.
Promise yourself that you will do this as soon as you can.
It is time now to leave the castle.
Walk out the front door,
Back through the meadow,
Past the flowers and long green grass.
Look back over your shoulder at your kingdom and remember that you are powerful and special and that you can make a difference in your life.
When you are ready,
Wriggle fingers and toes,
Stretch your legs and arms and slowly open your eyes.
