Hello.

Let's take the first few moments and find a comfortable position.

Perhaps take a seat in a chair or on a cushion or pillow,

Or lie down on a couch or bed or on the floor.

Find what's best for you today.

And once you settle in,

Perhaps close the eyes and begin to turn your attention inward.

Let's take a breath together.

Deep inhale and exhale,

Let it go.

Begin to relax the physical body.

Relax the shoulders.

Relax the jaw.

Bring your awareness into the present moment.

As best as you can,

Set aside anything that might have happened before this moment and anything yet to happen after this moment.

Let's take another breath together.

Deep inhale and exhale,

Let it go.

Take the next few moments,

Begin to explore the inner landscape of the mind,

And we'll come back together soon.
