Blessings,

I'm Brenda Cary.

And in today's holistic healing practice,

We are transforming our thoughts to bring in more clarity.

We are going to be using thymus rubbing into tapping along with positive affirmations.

Your thymus gland,

Which is located just below this bony notch at the center of your collarbone,

You take either fingertips or a light fist and initially we'll begin rubbing to soothe the heart center and then eventually to tapping.

So let's begin.

Begin by finding a comfortable position,

Turning your focus more inward.

Take a deep breath in.

And as you exhale,

Let your shoulders release away from your ears.

Place your fingers at the center of your chest just below the bony notch of your collarbone.

This is your thymus gland.

It is a key part of your immune and endocrine system.

It is also the doorway to your energetic heart.

And in gentle circles,

Begin to rub this area with your fingers,

Taking slow and deep breaths.

Now bringing your attention to your current thoughts and feelings.

Notice them without judgment.

Whatever feelings come up is okay.

Accepting where you are at right now in this moment.

Softly saying to yourself,

I acknowledge my thoughts and feelings and it's okay to feel this way.

Continue the gentle thymus rubbing and acknowledging that our minds are remarkably adaptable,

Capable of forming new patterns and unique perspectives.

Gently saying to yourself,

I am open to new ways of thinking.

My sensitive mind has the power to transform.

Now let's shift from thymus rubbing to gentle tapping.

This will begin to shift our energy from a more soothing self-touch to a more enlivening energy.

So either with your fingertips or you can make a light fist as if you were gently knocking at the doorway of your heart,

Which is our connection to self-compassion,

Kindness,

And love.

As you continue to thymus tap,

Let's invite in the energy of these high vibrational words into your sensitive nature.

Allow these affirmations to resonate deeply within you.

My sensitivity allows me to experience the world with the depth and richness.

I honor my intuition and trust in my perceptions.

I create boundaries that protect my energy and honor my needs.

My sensitivity is a strength that connects me to others and the world around me.

My sensitive nature gives me unique insights and creativity.

Take a deep breath in,

Pause the tapping,

And as you exhale,

Rest your hand over your heart and feel the warmth and energy flowing through you.

Knowing that each positive affirmation is a step towards mental clarity and emotional balance,

You have within you the power to shape your mental landscape.

Take a deep breath in,

Take a moment to send gratitude to the incredible capacity of your mind with its ability to learn,

To grow,

And to heal.

Carry these healing words with you as you continue through your day.

A final deep energizing breath in and a full releasing exhale out.

And so it is.
