A fellow highly sensitive and empath,
And in today's holistic healing practice,
I will be guiding you through one of the most important aspects of our healing,
And that is gratitude.
We will also incorporate heart coherence breathing,
Which is a beautiful way to open your capacity to heal from a place of worthiness and self-compassion.
So let's begin.
Settle into a comfortable yet open and receptive body posture,
Either sitting or lying down.
We'll begin with heart coherence breathing.
Either place your hand over your heart or draw your awareness to your heart and feel into the gentle rise and fall of your chest,
Connecting to this sacred rhythm of your heart beating and its unique pattern designed just for you.
Slow down your breath and place a color that represents healing to you at the center of your chest.
Imagine drawing your breath in and out through your heart center with that pulsating color of healing.
As you continue this rhythmic breathing,
Bring your attention to your current state of being.
Notice how your body feels.
Notice the thoughts in your mind.
Whatever you are experiencing,
Allow it to be there without any judgment.
Softly say to yourself,
I acknowledge all parts of myself in this moment.
Each aspect of my being is worthy of recognition.
Now let's continue this heart opening.
With each breath,
Imagine filling your heart with your healing light.
As it brightens,
Gently reminding yourself,
I am open to experiencing gratitude for my whole self.
Let's continue by expressing gratitude for different aspects of your being,
Allowing these affirmations to resonate deeply within you,
Receiving them through your heart.
I am grateful for my body,
Which carries me through life with sensitivity and grace.
I appreciate my mind,
Which perceives the world with depth and nuance.
I am thankful for my sensitive nature,
Which allows me to connect deeply with myself and others.
I express gratitude for my intuition,
Guiding me with its inner wisdom.
I am grateful for my creativity,
Born from my unique way of experiencing life.
Now take a moment to offer gratitude for a specific aspect of yourself.
Perhaps something that you often overlook.
It could be a physical feature,
A personality trait,
A special ability,
But silently acknowledging this unique part of you.
As we near the end of our practice,
Placing both hands over your heart and feel the warmth between your palms and your heart center.
This is a reminder of the self-love and gratitude that you have cultivated during our time.
Let's now extend this heartfelt energy out into the world,
Which is in need of so much healing right now.
Because as we heal ourselves,
That energy ripples out like a pebble in a still pond to every soul on this earth.
Remember,
Gratitude is a practice that can transform your relationship with yourself,
With others,
And our planet.
And your sensitivity is a gift that allows you to experience gratitude with depth and richness.
To seal our practice,
Let's take a final deep breath in through the heart.
And as you exhale,
Opening your eyes and seeing through a lens of so much love and appreciation.
I invite you to carry the sense of appreciation with you as you continue through your day.
Return to heart coherence breathing and these feelings and affirmations of gratitude.
