I am honored to guide you through this meditative journey of transitioning from a busy and scattered mind to an open and receptive heart.

And by that I mean holding sacred space for yourself with love,

Compassion,

And grace.

So let's begin in either a comfortable seated position on the ground or in a chair.

You could also lie on the floor and if it feels safe for you close the eyes down just to eliminate visual distractions and to bring the focus inward.

Once you have settled let's bring one or both hands to the heart.

And I'd like for you to connect to the rhythm of your heart beating.

Really feel its light pulsing.

Your heart beating is your sacred reminder that there is no need to control.

Our heart beats automatically without needing to be told to do so.

It is an acknowledgement of the miracle that you already are.

Now deepen the breath.

Slow it down so that you are able to feel the wave of your breath with the beating of your miraculous heart.

As you continue to elongate your breath draw in a deep inhale into the nose.

Then an open mouth exhale releasing any tension.

Again inhaling into the nose.

Open mouth exhale or even sigh it out.

Now I'd like for you to make a soft fist with the hand that is on your heart and bring your fist to just below the bony notch at the center of your sternum or collarbone.

I'd like for you to gently tap the thymus.

And as you gently tap bringing a subtle activation of this gland.

The thymus is responsible for the function of a healthy immune system and a healthy endocrine system.

This is also the energetic connection to the heart.

Continuing to tap lightly on the thymus gland saying to yourself or out loud my true nature is love,

Compassion and grace.

Breathing that truth in exhaling it out and again my true nature is love,

Compassion and grace.

One last time my true nature is love,

Compassion and grace.

Now discontinue tapping the thymus and just gently bring your hand down and just notice.

Notice how you have created a calmer state of mind and an openness to receive from the heart that inner knowing of love,

Compassion and grace.

Now let's drop into that heart space a little bit more.

I invite you to visualize a color of your choice at your heart.

As you inhale seeing the color brighten.

As you exhale see that color expand throughout your whole body.

And again on the inhale color brightens from the heart space.

As you exhale color expands even outside of your body.

Last time on the inhale color brightens.

On the exhale color expands fills the room that you are in.

And as you hold this sacred space filled with your inner light say to yourself or out loud I am enough just as I am.

I am whole and complete just as I am.

I am perfect just as I am.

And again I am enough just as I am.

I am whole and complete just as I am.

I am perfect just as I am.

Breathe in these truths.

The truth of who you really are.

Always remembering you are love.

Above all else you are love.
