In a comfortable position I want you to begin to settle into this meditation.
Allowing yourself to become fully immersed.
Separate yourself from any distractions and take this time for you.
Begin by taking 5 deep breaths.
In through the nose and out through the mouth.
Breathing all the way in and all the way out.
I want you to turn your attention to you.
Who are you at your call?
How would you describe yourself?
What do you like about yourself?
What do you value?
Know that you are enough.
You have always been enough and will continue to be enough.
Know that others opinions or perceptions of you don't define your worth.
Your own negative self-talk has no place here.
Because you are enough.
Sometimes your experiences and thoughts stop you from seeing the truth of all that you can achieve in this lifetime.
But you are capable of anything.
You are capable of living the life you desire.
The only limit is your mind but your negative self-talk has no place here.
I want you to repeat to yourself either in your head or aloud.
I am enough.
I have always been enough.
I will continue to be enough.

Know that you are powerful.
Know that you are capable.
Know that you are worthy.
And know that you are enough.
Do not squash yourself to be what you believe others want you to be.

Every day we make decisions that shape who we are.
Make choices to move you in the direction you want to go.
Because you are enough.
