Begin by finding a comfortable position,

Either lying down or seated.

Close your eyes.

Begin to relax and feel your body already beginning to slow down.

Wriggle your toes,

Shake your arms,

Drop your shoulders,

Unclench your jaw and settle into this moment.

Take this moment for you and take this moment to remind you of the good in your life.

If your mind wanders at any point,

Bring your awareness back to how you feel in this moment and remember that there is no rush.

Take some deep breaths,

Breathing all the way in and exhaling as slowly as possible on the way out.

All the way in and all the way out.

You do not need to rush this,

But do this at a pace that suits you.

Notice how your body is relaxing with each breath that you take.

Breathing in positivity and breathing out any tension.

Just focusing on your breath for a little while longer.

Taking deep breaths and a break that suits you.

I now want you to imagine a rainbow ahead of you and notice which colour it is that you feel drawn to.

Realising all of the colours and noticing which one it is that's really captivating your attention.

What colour is it that you feel most connected with?

There is no right or wrong to this.

Now imagine this colour radiating above and around you,

Shining upon you and encompassing you in its light.

If it is difficult to visualise that colour,

Just imagine something in your mind's eye,

Something that is that colour,

An orange sunset,

Green grass,

A blue sky and immerse yourself within that.

Feel the colour over you,

Around you and within you.

As you are breathing,

Imagine breathing in your colour and that colour spreading out into every part of your body.

Notice your body sensations as this happens and notice how the colour is affecting your body and your mind.

Finding the colour that you feel connected with and remembering that you can't be wrong.

Embrace this colour as it surrounds your body.

Now that you are consumed by that colour,

Let's add a layer and imagine the colour radiating your body transitioning to orange.

If it was already orange,

That's okay too.

Notice the orange light beginning to surround your body.

Be mindful that orange is the colour for fun,

Happiness and joy.

I want you to harness this orange light and begin to reflect on what brings the most amount of joy to your life and picture this within your mind's eye.

What brings you the most amount of joy?

Is it a person?

Is it a place?

Is it a hobby?

I want you to focus on how much joy this brings.

Feel the joy as you embrace this moment.

Become mindful of how the joy feels in your body.

Do you feel warm?

Are you smiling?

I want you to sit with this feeling of joy and with the colour orange.

Focus the joy and know that it is yours to feel.

I want you to think of how you can incorporate more of this joy into your life.

Think of how you can bring some joy to your life every day.

Sit here a moment longer,

Imagining the orange light surrounding you and allowing you to soak it all in.

Now watch the orange colour as it transitions to blue,

The colour of calm and the colour of tranquillity.

Imagine this blue colour washing through you and surrounding you.

Focus on your breath in this moment and begin to slow it down.

Using your usual pattern of breathing to include a longer inhale and exhale than usual.

If your mind wanders,

Just return it to the colour blue.

Feel your body slowing down.

If you feel any tension within your body,

Feel free to sway from side to side or tense and release that muscle group if you require.

There is no right or wrong with this,

Just do what feels good for you in this moment.

Next I want you to visualise breathing in a blue ball of light and think of how it circulates throughout the body before it is released on the exhale.

Back your breath and notice where this blue light goes.

Release all the tension that you are currently holding within your body.

Now we will add another layer of colour as you are now feeling connected,

Joyful and tranquil.

Extend this sensation and visualisation of colour within your body.

Place your hand upon your heart and imagine a radiating pink light,

The colour of love.

Keep your hand on your heart and take 3 deep breaths.

Take the next few moments to say aloud or within your head a message of self love as you continue to take revitalising breaths.

Remembering that you were worthy,

That you were a good person and you were so so loved.

Give yourself a message of self love.

Notice the sensations that you are currently experiencing within your body and bathe in the beautiful light.

As you begin to come back into your physical body,

Know that you are connected,

Calm and filled with love and joy.

Begin to ground back in.

Feel the beautiful earth beneath you and surrounding you.

Become mindful of the sounds around you.

In your own time,

Wriggle your toes and fingers to assist you in reconnecting with your body.

Take another deep breath and when you are ready you can bring your awareness back to the present.
