A meditation cultivating a sense of equanimity, balance and kindness towards yourself and others. Based on a traditional Buddhist meditation, the metta bhavana, this practice is suitable for anyone regardless of their religious background, or none. We see into the common human experience and use this as the basis for relating, rather than over-focusing on the differences between us which so often leads to conflict and struggle. Throughout the whole meditation, the breath provides an anchor for the mind and a rhythm for connection.
