This very short and simple breathwork practice can generate powerful and immediate effects on the heart, mind, and body alignment, reducing stress (cortisol) and blood pressure, while boosting the body's alkalinity which improves the immune system response and offers profound cumulative effects with consistent practice. This can help the body maintain an optimal state of being. We will breathe 6 breaths per minute for 5 minutes. It's recommened to practice 3x per day for maximum affect.

Welcome to your immunity booster breathwork practice.

For the next five minutes,

We're going to breathe in and out at a rate of six breaths per minute.

Five seconds in and five seconds out.

The song we're going to breathe to matches that time exactly.

Make this a regular practice in your life,

And you can boost your immune system,

Increase heart coherence,

And reduce blood pressure and cortisol levels in your body by up to 20%.

Here we go.

Breathe in through your nose for five seconds,

And then breathe out through your nose or mouth for five seconds.

Breathe in and out.

Keep this rhythm going just like that.
