Namaste.
It's good to be alive.
Get into a very comfortable position.
Maybe on a chair,
On the ground or just lying down on your bed.
Just make sure you don't doze off again.
Close your eyes and try to be present in this moment.
In yoga we say,
The more space you have in your breath,
The more space you will find in your mind.
So let's begin your journey for today.
Close your mouth and breathe in and out through your nose.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Release all the energy from your body which is pent up maybe from sleep,
The previous day or just any to-do list for today.
Let's take one more deep inhale.
Hold your breath and exhale.
Notice your breath coming in through your nostrils and going down through your throat,
Your chest and all over in your lungs.
Just observe this beautiful cycle.
This is your life.
Breathing is your life.
Without breath we are not alive.
The more closer you will become to your breath,
The better you will know yourself.
Now I would invite you to notice your connection with the earth.
Notice which of your body parts are touching the floor,
Maybe your feet or your legs.
Just feel the connection and the energy which is flowing through you.
If your mind wanders,
Without judging,
Simply return back to your breath.
It's quite normal.
Now I would invite you to think about three things that you are grateful for.
It can be anything,
For example your health,
Your job,
Your new business or maybe just the fact that you are alive today.
I would like you to start with something,
I am happy and grateful that now,
Then you can complete the sentence.
For example,
I am happy and grateful that now I am taking care of myself.
I will be quiet for a moment,
So go ahead and be grateful.
It feels good.
This is a great way to raise your vibration.
Notice the environment around you.
Just notice how quieter or louder it is.
Take as much time as you need and when you are ready,
Gently open your eyes and get ready for anything.
Namaste.
