Welcome to today's meditation.
Go ahead and get comfortable,
Maybe sit up against a wall or sit upright on your knees.
Maybe you want to lie down in this moment.
Find your space.
Take an inhale through your nose.
Big exhale out your mouth.
Inhale through your nose.
Exhale,
Let it go.
One more deep breath in.
Exhale,
Release.
Just feel your body start to relax.
And feel yourself really arrive right here in this moment.
Start to scan the body from head to toe.
How are you feeling?
Start with the crown of your head,
Your temples.
Notice the space between your eyebrows,
Your jaw,
Your neck,
Shoulders,
Your arms that hold so much.
Feel your heart space,
Your torso,
Your belly just soften.
Your hips,
Your legs,
Your calves,
Your ankles,
All the way down to your toes.
Feel every cell in your body relax.
Tapping into your calm.
Right here in this moment,
You are okay.
Right here in this moment,
You are held.
You are safe.
You are supported.
Feel lighter right here,
Almost as if you're floating.
You're buoyant.
Let yourself feel this calm fully.
Protect your peace right here.
Deepening your breath.
Keep pulling your focus to this moment.
You are here.
And right here you are okay.
Inhale,
Big exhale.
I want you to place one hand on your heart.
Feel your heart beating,
Your strong,
Strong heart.
Do you realize that you are a brave soul?
You are a brave human being for stepping in each and every day.
You are resilient.
And you are much more capable than you will ever realize.
Breathe.
You don't have to have everything figured out.
But you do need to stay with you.
You must prioritize you.
And in order to do that,
You have to be still and feel.
Just like now.
Be still and know that you got you.
Notice what happens to your heart when you are reminded of this.
You don't have to have everything figured out.
You just have to keep connecting to yourself and your truth.
And what's for you will not pass you.
If your heart could tell you something,
What would it say?
You are doing the best you can.
You've got this.
You've done enough today.
What do you need to hear right now?
Give yourself the gift of kind words coming from you to you.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Breathe in.
And breathe out.
You are longing for some answer or some person to help you,
To save you.
Stop the searching.
The person you are looking for is you.
You can find your most authentic self in the quiet of your own mind.
You can slow down and tell yourself you are okay.
You are safe.
You are grounded.
You can tell yourself all that you need to hear,
Even if it doesn't feel 100% true just yet.
But your words,
Your thoughts become your reality.
So what will you tell you today?
I am worthy.
I am resilient.
I am capable.
Take this time,
Whatever comes to mind,
Speak those words to yourself.
You need and you deserve to hear support and love and encouragement from yourself.
