It's time to let go and become one with your breath. In this 10-minute meditation, you will release all the negativity in your mind, body, and spirit and become one with the life force within you... your breath. By focusing on your breath, you will awaken the inner peace from within.

Just relax in a comfortable position and close your eyes.

And take a deep breath in and breathe out.

Just allow the breath to be natural.

Don't try and exert the breath to be more slower.

Just relax,

Breathing in and out at your own pace.

As you breathe,

Just focus on your breath.

Just in your mind's eye,

Watch your breath as you breathe in through your nose.

And out through your mouth.

Just releasing all the toxins and the anxieties.

Breathe in and out at a natural pace.

Just observing the flow of breath coming in.

And the flow of the breath as it goes out of your body.

Releasing.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Just focus on how the breath makes you feel.

Becoming one with your breath.

Just observing with no judgement.

Just allowing your body to relax.

Your mind to relax.

And just observe the breath in and out.

In and out.

Just feel that connection to your breath.

And as you breathe out,

Feel the release within the area of your scalp.

Breathing in and as you release on the exhale,

Feel the release of any tension in this area.

As you focus on your shoulders and chest area.

Feel that release on the exhale as you continue breathing in and breathing out.

Releasing any tension.

We carry a lot of harbored feelings,

Things we possibly don't want to disclose within our chest and our heart.

So just connect to the breath as you release.

And let go of all the tension in this area.

Bring your attention to your abdominals.

Breathing into this area and breathing out.

Breath is such a healing power.

It heals all the tension and the stress built up in your body,

Mind and spirit.

So breathe and release any toxins,

Any stresses,

Anxiety in this area.

Just let it go.

Become one with your breath as you release.

Focus now on the lower part of your body,

Your thighs,

Your legs.

Releasing any tension.

Continuing to breathe in and out.

And just becoming connected to the breath and connected to your body.

Coming down to the soles of your feet.

Releasing,

Letting go.

You may want to clench your feet,

Curl your toes and then release and let go.

And relax.

Do the same for your hands.

Begin to clench your hands,

Clench your fists real tight as you breathe in.

And as you exhale,

Just release and open the palm of your hands.

Just become one with your breath.

In and out.

In and out.

Now I want you to focus on your heart chakra,

On the area of your heart.

And just breathe into this area and exhale.

And as you exhale,

Feel the release of any tension,

Any stress you've been holding.

Just let it go from your heart.

Feel the release of it as you exhale.

Breathing in and breathing out and just imagine that whole energy lifted from your heart.

And out into the open as it disappears.

Releasing any tension in this area,

In your mind,

Body and spirit.

Focusing on your heart as you release.

And just let the breath be natural.

Calm in.

Connected as one to your breath and one with your heart.

In and out.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Just let go.

Release.

And I want you to stay in this moment of just letting go.

Take as long as you need to release everything.

Just breathe and release.

Breathe and release.

Breathe and release.

Let it go.

You don't need to hold on to anything.

Breathe and release.

Connect to the silence within.

The oneness of your breath.

And the release of everything that no longer serves you.

Breathe and release.

And when you have fully released everything,

Just stay quiet.

Breathing and releasing the breath.

And feeling connected to your heart.

Let it go.

And just relax.

Staying calm and peaceful.

Breathe and release.

Breathe and release.

Stay in this meditation for as long as you like.

And when you are ready,

You can begin to slowly wiggle your toes and fingers.

And gently open your eyes and stretch.

We'll only do that when you're ready to come out the meditation,

Otherwise stay focused on breathing,

Connecting to your breath.

And being one with the breath.

And releasing.
