For this practice of Feelingizations, it's best to arrive with a precise intention you've been working on, to benefit fully from this meditation.

Welcome to this practice of feelinization.

My name is Claudia Sam and I'll be your guide in blending feeling and visualization in order to bring to life your most desired feelings and your most wanted intentions.

Feelinization is a term that one of my mentors passed down to me and that I am happy to share with you in a form of meditation.

Allow your eyes to close softly.

Tune in your gaze inwards,

Relaxing the muscles of the face,

Releasing any tension,

Softening the shoulders and anchoring your awareness in the flow of your breath.

You may breathe in and out through the nose,

Inflating the belly first and then the lungs.

Feeling the belly rise and fall as you breathe in and out.

And with each exhale,

You sink deeper into the presence of the now.

Now you may bring your awareness lower into your body,

Down onto the chest,

Feeling the heartbeat down into the abdomen,

Releasing any grip,

Any tension,

Same into the hips,

Ground and into your seat.

Feeling the legs gently relax,

Feeling the support of the seat or the feet touching the earth and bring your awareness back up towards the crown of your head,

Down onto the middle of both eyebrows,

The mid eyebrow center,

The third eye.

You may find it easy to bring an intention through the third eye vision,

Or you may bring your hands to your heart or simply from within connect with the heart space and tune in to an intention,

Something that you wish to be true for yourself,

Whether it be in your lifestyle or health,

In the workplace or in your relationships or in any other sphere of your life that you need to set an intention and be connected with that energy.

That's what's so beautiful about intention setting.

We can choose to set any intention that we want and connect with that energy to uplift its energy vibration,

To uplift its meaning into our lives and to attract it in real terms.

Make sure your intention is in the present tense and positive,

Like I am calm and relaxed as I get through my day at work or I feel at peace mentally and I ease off to bed instead of overthinking,

But be sure to have the positive energy that is the primary focus here and whatever intention you have,

If you've brought your hands to your heart,

Let them go and come back to being aware of the third eye in the middle of both eyebrows and imagine a flashlight pouring from inside your brain out in front of you.

So from the middle of your forehead,

Almost there is a light beam flashing in front of you,

Perhaps to at least one meter in front of you.

That flashlight is setting up a screen in front of your awareness.

Your eyes are still closed and to bring in the practice of feeling ization.

We are bringing in the feeling of your intention together with visualizing what it looks like.

So in front of you on that screen,

I'd love for you to visualize your intention.

If you're having trouble sleeping and you want to ooze off to bed very gently without overthinking and being really well restful,

Maybe you visualize yourself going to bed without your phone with a smile on your face and your cozy bed.

You visualize the bedsheets.

You even visualize yourself sleeping through the night and waking up rested.

Whatever your intention is,

What does it look like?

Who are you surrounded with?

If your intention is around relationships,

Then can you visualize the details?

If it is for you to have a stronger connection with your partner,

Are you holding hands?

Are you having nice,

Confident communications and loving?

What does it look like?

Try not to judge whatever you see there.

And now I invite you to feel into your body.

Notice if there is any resistance that is showing up in ways that you might not be able to explain,

But that you feel it.

Maybe it just doesn't feel so right.

Maybe there's a pressure at the heart or a tightness when you breathe.

Just become aware of what the visualization is showing up as in your body.

Even if there is no pressure or tension,

Just be aware then of the sensation that is being portrayed within.

And if the sensation is rather negative or harmful to you,

I invite you to breathe deeply.

Use the breath in and out through the nose and send it all the way to that area of your body that has the most pressure or sensation that is not super nice.

If the visualization is making you feel really good,

Then do your best to emanate that feeling and sensation all over your body.

If you're still breathing deeply into the area of your body that needs the most space and love because it might have been tight or pressured.

Notice if you can breathe in light,

Like really visualize it.

You're sending light to that part of the body,

Light and spaciousness.

And when you exhale,

Notice if you can see dark breath like a darker,

Like yucky color.

You're just ex pulsing it from your body and continue to breathe in and out,

Feeling the light as you breathe in and feeling the darkness as you exhale until what you exhale is light.

If you are breathing,

Emanating the good feeling that the visualization is emanating in you,

Then keep that up.

And if you were breathing in the light and out with the darkness and now you're ready,

You feel spacious and light,

Try to bring in the good feeling of that visualization.

Try your best.

Well how actually,

How do you want to feel with this visualization?

And now whether you were working through pressure or tension in the body or whether you were already feeling what your visualization is meant to feel like,

Multiply it.

I want you to please feel into the emotion,

The positive sensation,

Plural,

That this visualization is bringing on you.

Feel it in every part of your body.

Feel the restfulness.

Feel the mentally peacefulness.

Feel the calmness,

Whatever.

Feel the love.

If that's part of your visualization and make it a feel anization.

And as you feel that visualization into all aspects of your being,

Can your cells feel it?

And very gently come back to being aware of the third eye and the screen in front of you.

And smile at your heart,

Smile on your face and gently allow your imagination to close the flashlight,

Shut it off and slowly bring your awareness to the flow of your breath.

Anchoring into your body the awareness of the now after the feel anization.

How are you right now?

And gently come out of the meditation,

Feeling any contact with the support,

The floor,

The earth.

And you may bring your palms together at the heart center before placing them over your eyes.

And you're already fluttering the eyelids open behind your palms to let light come in.

Beautiful.

Knowing that this state of peace and calmness you can always come back to because you have it in you.

And you can do this feel anization practice every day with an intention or a belief that you wish to change in your patterns.

You have the ability to choose how you want to feel.

You have the ability to set the tone for your day.

You have the ability to believe that you have the ability.
