A problem is always a projection of the mind. When we question the self that has a problem, we find that we are not the mind, but the Awareness that knows both the body/mind and the seemingly problematic external situation. From the perspective of Awareness - our True Self - everything is allowed to be as it is, and there are never any problems.

What is a problem?

A problem is always over there.

A problem is always a projection.

It is a separation between me over here and the problem over there.

And not only is it separation but it's something that is not right,

That needs fixing,

That has to change.

And with that problem comes all of the mind's ideas of how it needs to be,

Why it's wrong,

How to go about it,

How to change it,

How to fix it.

And this underlying thought,

This underlying belief that I will be happy when,

I will be happy when this problem is gone.

But of course,

And you've probably had this experience many times consciously or unconsciously,

But as soon as the problem is fixed,

The mind thinks of another one.

As soon as the problem with the car is gone,

Then there is a problem with the sink or problem with a person or something else that causes stress and anxiety.

And that is because underlying all of these outside external problems,

There is a feeling,

A feeling to be felt,

A resistance to be released.

And it is only when this resistance is fully felt and fully released that we recognize that actually there is no problem.

And not only is there no problem,

But you can also be grateful and thankful for the people,

The situations,

The circumstances that have brought about this resistance,

Because then you can let it go and you can see more clearly that if it weren't for the stories of your mind,

Everything is always unfolding perfectly.

The way to deal with every problem really is to question the self that has a problem.

And what you will notice when you do that is that it's just the mind saying,

This is wrong,

This needs fixing,

I cannot be happy while this is going on.

But of course,

We are not that mind.

We are the awareness that is beyond the mind.

So it is about remembering the true self,

Remembering that awareness allows experience to be as it is.

And there is no problem,

No resistance to what is in awareness.

One way to question the self is to question the I,

Questioning the I that has a problem.

When the thought occurs,

This person needs to change or I want and I need this person to behave differently.

Question the I,

Who is this I that needs the person or situation to be different?

Are you really the mind and the body?

Is that situation really outside of you?

Or are you the awareness which knows this body-mind,

Which knows the external situation and for which everything happens within?

So these two,

The body-mind and the situation are reflecting each other.

And your reaction,

Your resistance is simply there to come up,

To be felt,

To be released until you see once again and over and over again that there is no problem,

That the person was not a problem,

That objective experience,

Thoughts,

Feelings,

Situations do not bring your innate happiness.

Because it is innate,

You are already whole,

You are already complete.

And that is a changeless fact.
