When "being" becomes veiled by the thoughts, feelings and actions of an individual that believes in separation, the simplicity of "I am" is lost. In this meditation, we will return to that simplicity, and understand that thinking/feeling/acting does not actually change or impact our essential self.

Returning to the simplicity of the now.

So often we get lost in the world in trying to make the optimal decisions,

Trying to find our way,

Being unsure whether we are doing the right thing,

Whether we are in the right job,

Whether we are in the right relationship,

Whether we are.

.

.

Just so many decisions that seem so difficult to make.

And so in this meditation what we will do is to come back to simplicity,

Go in a way beyond the mind and see what is,

What happens in the body,

What happens when we let go of achieving,

When we let go of purpose,

When we let go of an aim.

And now I would invite you,

Whenever you're ready,

To just close your eyes,

Breathe in,

And notice your experience as it is right now.

Meditation can be such a good tool for noticing how we operate in our day-to-day lives.

So even here maybe there is an expectation to learn something,

To get something,

To find something about yourself.

And these are all great,

But I would suggest to try and let them go and just be still,

Be present.

Notice that the breath is happening effortlessly.

Notice that the sounds around you are arising and fading effortlessly.

Notice that your heart is beating without you doing anything.

And all of this is somehow easy to accept,

But then for other aspects of our lives we decide that we have to make decisions.

We have to have a lot of to-do lists and plans.

When we are exercising we are doing it,

When we are working we are doing it.

But what if by simply resting,

By simply being,

Your decisions and your actions can be just as effortless as the sounds that arise,

As your heart beating,

As your body breathing.

It may be difficult for the mind to understand this,

So let's just go one step before the mind and notice that being itself or being aware is effortless.

Right now you can say with certainty that you are.

Each of us can say I am meditating.

We can also notice that it is in the beingness,

In our presence that sounds arise,

That thoughts arise,

That the body arises and that we breathe.

We are aware of these things,

But our being,

Our I am,

Is not determined by those things.

It is always there before,

During and after each of them.

Notice right now that your sense of being is not impacted by the thoughts that arise,

Is not impacted by the activity that the mind-body undertakes.

It is always constant in the background of experience.

It is this simple to find peace and happiness.

All that's necessary is just to not pay so much attention to objective experience,

Thoughts,

The world,

The body,

And return back to our center,

Our I am.

This I amness that observes itself taking all of these various forms is simply curious about them.

It has no particular desire for a particular form to come to the surface.

And that is because it accepts,

It embraces all forms,

Thoughts,

Sensations,

The world,

Within itself and as itself.

And this is not just an experience that we have during meditation,

It is actually our constant being,

The constant behind all experience and in fact the only constant that we can find.

Everything else changes but this sense of being stays intact always.

You And by resting here,

Where we are not attached to any particular outcome,

To any particular objective experience,

Things begin to flow,

Precisely for that reason.

When the time for a decision comes,

We can simply rest in this space.

And it will be very clear what we should do.

Because the whole body-mind system knows what's best for us.

And so it gives you signals,

It tells you.

Sometimes our minds are too busy,

So we don't pay attention to these signals.

But when we go back to resting as this awareness,

This beingness,

We are fully aware of the body,

We are fully aware of the mind.

And we can notice,

We can know what is right.

Life really can be,

And actually is,

This simple.

Every time the mind begins to take over,

To tell us about worries about the future,

Or memories from the past,

All that we need to do is to rest with it,

Be with it,

And watch it.

Don't believe it,

Just observe it.

And the more we rest in this I am-ness,

The more the mind and the body open and release all tensions,

And the less we allow ourselves to make decisions and judgments based on these tensions.

I love a quote from a book called Way of Mastery.

It says that the only difference between your mind and God's mind is that God has a mind that only loves.

And the more we rest as being,

As this I am-ness,

The more we know who we really are,

And that who we are is not impacted by any phenomena.

And so then we simply love all phenomena because of that very reason.

Furthermore,

We understand that being-ness is shared.

It is not like I have one awareness and you have another awareness.

It's more like there's one awareness that expresses itself in so many different mind bodies and animals and plants and planets and universes.

And so you know experientially that your being is shared with everybody else.

And this knowing effortlessly leads to unconditional love,

Unconditional acceptance.

And eventually all such concepts drop and you can just rest.

Rest in this I am-ness,

In silence.

I am-ness.

I am-ness.

I am-ness.

I am-ness.

I am-ness.

I am-ness.

Thank you for listening.

You can maintain this stillness of being for as long as you want.

And when you're ready you can open your eyes.

Hey , I hope you are doing well. I love this meditation. I am part of Sahaja Express with Moojibaba and have been honored enough to speak directly to Mooji on two different live zoom Satsangs . He chose me out of all the people attending to speak and this meditation was wonderful that you just guided. I don't see many who know about the true essence of I AM . So thank you for this and I am recommending it to the group I have and you are in SoulfulAscend ( Your Life Journey ) Thank you so much and please continue sharing on the non duality, I Am - ness . Namaste

Thanks, beautiful meditation:) I’ve got a question: This sense of one-awareness, shared awareness, it comes from experiencial knowing? I think this is what you said, please correct me if I’m wrong. I feel that I can easily rest in Being, but that doesn’t come with a knowing of this one-awareness. Is this something that happens with more and more practice? I’m curious! Thanks in advance
