Hello.

Thank you for being here today.

Let us begin our guided meditation by taking a deep breath in and slowly exhaling out.

Breathing in,

I am aware.

Breathing out,

I am aware of my exhale.

Breathing in,

I am aware of my inhale.

Breathing out,

I am aware of my exhale.

As we breathe,

Let us have the intention in our heart to step into and embody our inner king.

To rest in the kingship we deploy in our inner and outer kingdom.

Today,

As I look at my kingdom,

I call it good.

I trust myself with each step that I take.

Looking at my inner and outer world without hesitation,

I no longer run from my pain.

Instead,

I gently walk towards it,

Embracing and accepting what is in front of me.

I do not run or abandon myself anymore,

But rather I hold and embrace myself.

In each present moment,

I stand firm in my being.

I look at my outer kingdom and smile at everything I see.

If order in my life is disrupted,

I rest in my ability to bring back harmony.

I am intimately aware of what is in my control and what is not.

What is not in my control,

I do not worry or let go.

What is not in my control,

I do not worry or lose my footing.

I rest.

I relax.

I breathe.

I feel my feet on the earth,

The cold breeze on my cheek,

The songbird in the distance,

And the laughter of a small child.

I am here and present.

I see my world as good.

What comes into my kingdom that does not belong here,

I lovingly remove it for my own well-being and the well-being of those close to me.

If I am in need of guidance,

I seek my counsel.

If I do not know which way to go,

I rest in my inner being until my answer comes.

I take ownership of my kingdom.

If mistakes happen,

I own them and make corrections.

I am a wise king.

I am a gentle yet firm king.

I am aware of everything in my kingdom.

I set boundaries to preserve myself,

In my inner and outer world.

My kingdom coming to ruin is not an option for me.

Harmony,

Peace,

Love,

And order are all at the forefront of my mind.

My inner child reaches for my inner father when in need.

I father myself.

I self-soothe and comfort my inner child when hard emotions come my way.

I rest in my ability to bring calm,

Ease,

And safety to my inner child.

I rest in my ability to self-source my strength,

My confidence,

My happiness,

And joy.

I rest in my ability to bring back order to myself and my world.

I speak blessings of thriving,

Love,

And abundance over my mind,

Over my heart and my body.

I speak blessings of wholeness,

Peace,

And harmony to those in my life.

I claim my whole being in love and light.

I claim,

Step into,

And live my life without reservation.

I take ownership of my mistakes.

I correct my mistakes the best I know how.

I ask for help when I need it.

I do not hesitate.

I am firm and kind with myself.

I am firm and kind with my world.

I am real and honest with myself.

I see my strengths and weaknesses and hold them both in reverence.

I am not defined by my weaknesses.

I am not defined by my strengths.

I steward my kingdom with integrity.

When visitors come,

They feel safe and at peace.

I see the best in others and help guide them to their fullness.

I highlight the gifts and strengths in others.

I am not threatened by what I admire about others.

I praise and encourage the strengths in others.

I build up.

My words are building blocks for my kingdom.

My words are building blocks for healing.

My words are soothing,

Nourishing,

And uplifting to myself and those in my life.

Today,

I rest in my king.

Today,

I rest in my ease.

I rest in clarity.

I rest in heart.
