Inhale deeply through your nose,

Feeling the breath fill your lungs.

And then exhale slowly through your mouth,

Releasing any tension.

As you continue to breathe,

Imagine a soft and warm light surrounding you,

Cocooning you in a loving embrace.

With each breath,

This light grows brighter,

Enveloping you in a sense of calm and safety.

Allow your awareness to settle into your body.

Feel the support of the surface beneath you.
