My father is a good man,
But he has always worked on material things.
Now he is old and aging quickly and does not have skills to manage his life.
He did not take time to cultivate inner life that helps with aging.

My father has no practice of concentration to manage the discomfort the aging process brings.
His suffering has taught me that meditation is how we can prepare so we suffer less and observe the changes of aging with a curious and open mind.
