Welcome.
I'm Bex and this is a Quickie Reset.
So wherever you are,
Whether you have the luxury to take a seat in a chair or on a cushion or recline on the floor or maybe you're standing,
Give yourself permission to arrive and all that is being asked of you right now is for you to pay attention.
So allow your breath to move in through your nose and out through your nose and let this contribute to your concentration.
This clear ability to focus on what is happening now.
So you note your breath in and your breath out and with each breath you get clear you are here.
As you allow yourself to feel the breathing body and your vessel,
Give yourself a moment to unhurry.
When we want to reset or refuel or begin again,
It starts with awareness.
May I be attentive.
I am here.
I am breathing and I am allowing myself to feel the breath moving through the body.
Utilize the pressure changes in your body that come from breathing as a way to notice.
So whatever comes up for you right now,
Whether it's distraction or a laser like single-pointed quality to your attention,
Keep returning to your breath and as you tap into the wellspring of breathing,
May you feel the blessing and the gift of each breath.
The widening of your landscape is that inner gaze and that sensation of rising and falling as a way to meet yourself in the ebb and the flow.
The feeling tone that comes with deeply breathing is a gift.
So whether seated,
Reclined,
Or standing,
Tune into your breath as a way to reset,
Possibly to soften,
And definitely to give yourself permission to be present.
It's the simplicity that will allow you to reset and begin again with your breath over and over again.
So whatever was happening before and whatever will be revealed later,
You tap into this moment with gratitude.
You are still here breathing in and breathing out and turning toward the space of kindness.
Feel free to sit,
Stand,
Or recline longer.
