
Diving Deeper: Trust
Diving deeper into the attitudinal foundations of mindfulness, this track is about exploring and cultivating trust. Developing a basic trust in yourself and your feelings is an integral part of meditation training. It is far better to trust in your intuition and your own authority, even if you make some mistakes along the way, than always to look outside yourself for guidance. Cultivating an attitude of trust is about tuning in to your deeper self. It’s about getting beyond the mind, right down to intuition and what you are feeling, then trusting those intuitions and feelings and letting them guide you to become more fully yourself. Practice taking responsibility for being yourself and learn to listen to, and to trust your own sense of self.
