Hello,

My name is Anna and I'll be your guide in this cleansing for the mind,

Grounding and protecting energies meditation.

And all you need to do right now is to make yourself available for the next couple of minutes by finding a comfortable seat or laying down position.

And just taking the next minute or so to find this place to really allow yourself to be fully present in the seat or laying down position you've chosen.

And just checking in,

Seeing if there's anything you need to do to get yourself a bit more cozier.

Maybe getting a pillow,

An eye pillow or a bolster under the knees if you're laying down.

And as you make yourself available and comfortable,

Let's take a deep breath in through the nose together and exhale side out through the mouth.

Two more times just like this to arrive.

Inhale through the nose and exhale out through the mouth.

Ah,

Inhale through the nose and exhale out through the mouth.

And then sealing the lips together,

Arriving fully on the place where you're at.

And just by sealing the lips and connecting with this nasal breath,

Seeing if you can first connect with yourself by tuning in the breath.

We often breathe without thinking.

It is actually a very important task that we have our breath,

Which is natural to us.

So we very often,

Most of the times,

Do it without thinking.

We do it automatically.

But now I invite you to arrive and observe your breath.

So just check in.

How is the breath moving?

Is it quiet?

Is it noisy?

Is it strong?

Is it slow?

Is it warm?

Is it cold?

Just feeling into the sensations of your breath right here,

Right now.

And as you arrive in this observer point of your breath,

I invite you to open yourself up for a cleansing state of the body,

The mind by tuning in your breath.

We're like sponges.

We very often take in energies that were sent consciously or unconsciously to us.

And if we don't take the time to pause,

Breathe,

And recalibrate,

We might be out of our balance.

So this meditation is an invitation for you to pause and recalibrate.

To pause and by To pause and by connecting with your breath,

Clings out the mind,

Ground in the body,

And protect yourself against any negative,

Harming energies that might have come your way purposely or unpurposely.

And as you breathe deeply,

As you're there sinking in the seat or the laying down position you've got,

Each time you inhale,

Invite a sense of peace as you inhale.

So you inhale peace,

And you exhale love with release.

Inhale peace,

Exhale love with release.

Inhale peace,

Exhale love with release.

And continuing that process of bringing peace in as you inhale,

Releasing whatever is in as you exhale,

But also with a sense and purpose of love.

When we're anchored in love,

We're able to move with purpose,

With the heart in flow.

So I invite you to clings in the peace you take from the new breaths,

Release out by using the power of the exhale,

And at the same time you surrender your aura,

Your surroundings by inviting and putting out love.

Keeping that process of peace and love in and out,

And also feeling and imagining a radiant light.

And this radiant light is coming up from the sky,

From the universe,

From divine,

Whatever that is to you.

And this light is coming up,

All the way up,

Touching the crown,

The top of your head.

It touches the crown,

The top of your head,

And it starts to spread out from the face,

Around the facial muscles,

Around your neck and ears.

And this light spreads out into your shoulders,

Arms,

Hands,

Wrists.

And as the light spreads out,

You feel lighter,

Brighter,

More in peace,

More in love.

And the light spreads out into the arms and hands,

And chest,

Upper chest,

Ribcage,

Belly,

All is surrendered by light.

The upper back,

The mid-back,

The low back,

Everything is carrying that bright light,

That divine,

Your own divinity,

That universe has sent to you to recalibrate and bring you back to your balance.

This light is carrying you,

Surrendering you,

Protecting you.

The light is now in your hips area,

Into your thighs,

Quads and glutes and knees,

And calves,

Thighs,

Shins,

Ankles,

Toes,

Soles of the feet,

Feet,

Toes.

Everything is now covered,

Protected by this light.

The light comes from the universe,

From divinity,

From the source.

It protects you and it creates an energy protection around you.

It's part of you,

But it is also around you.

And by carrying that light in yourself,

Right here,

Right now,

You're also able to transfer and share it with others as you move in your day,

In your actions,

In your relationships,

Creating a wider,

Broader spectrum of light around the entire universe.

And then breathing in and breathing out,

Slowly just thanking the light for having come your way,

For cleansing you,

Rebalancing you,

Regrounding you,

Protecting you.

And once you feel you're ready to invite a bit of movement,

You can start moving the fingers and feet.

If you feel like yawning,

You can yawn.

Maybe you bring the arms above your head for a full body stretch.

And then slowly bring one hand over your heart,

The other hand on top of your heart center.

With the hand stretching your heart,

You first thank yourself for showing up and making the time to pause,

Recalibrate and reconnect with your own light.

And using that light to cleanse,

Rebalance and shift your energy to also protect yourself.

And if you feel that after moving around your day,

You have the energy and the call to share that practice with others,

Feel free to share so that they can also get their lights reconnected,

Rebalanced,

So that we can all together get into the shape in alignment with our own lights.

And then slowly bringing the hands in front of your heart in a prayer position,

Anjali Mudra,

Rubbing the palms,

Rubbing the palms as quickly and strongly as you can.

And once you have enough,

You can then slowly bring your hands back to whatever part of your body you feel you want to,

Bring that more in.

And then once you feel you're ready,

You can blink the eyes open,

Come back to the space,

Observe the room and thank yourself for taking the time.

And with that,

For taking,

Feeling the call of reconnecting with your light and also cleansing out and protecting yourself.
