A talk and short meditation to support us in finding peace in the present moment. Keeping it in the day will help us to better mange behaviours, addictions or urges that no longer serve us -and instead allow us to practice being more fully here- able to sit with our own experience. This track will support us in slowing down, self soothing and in creating a sense of inner self care. It will be supportive for those in recovery and all humans who wish to gain all the benefits that come with an increased ability to be present.
