Transcript

Start by taking a big deep breath in through your nose,

Hold at the top in your own time,

Open your mouth,

Purse your lips and let it all the way out.

Another big deep breath in,

Hold in your own time,

Open your mouth and let it out slow,

Steady and controlled,

Pushing out all the air.

One more,

Take a big deep breath in,

Take an extra breath at the top,

Hold for an extra moment,

Feel the air expand in your lungs,

Open your mouth,

Let it all the way out and allow your body to melt into your seat.

Now allow your breathing to return to its natural rhythm.

Now sit with the realization that you have nowhere else to be,

You have nothing left to do.

You're not late for anything.

You have nothing left to check.

No one else needs you in this life.

You're exactly where you're supposed to be.

You're doing exactly what you're supposed to be doing.

You're at a point in your life where you're supposed to be.

You are in the present moment.

The present moment is the only moment we truly have.

It's neither good nor bad.

It just is.

Sit with the realization that this is it.

Take a moment and set an intention for yourself,

For today.

How you'd like to see yourself go about your day.

Maybe that's to stay with your breath throughout the day.

Maybe it's to smile,

Breathe,

And go slowly.

And allow your intention to settle on your mind and your heart.

Realize that no matter what barriers come your way today,

That you have everything that you need inside you already to be the best version of you.

You're stronger than you think you are.

You're more capable than you give yourself credit for.

And you're further along than you believe.

From time to time today,

Pause and take a deep breath and come back to your intention and back to your breath.

Take another big deep breath in through your nose.

Hold at the top in your own time.

Open your mouth,

Purse your lips,

And let it all the way out.

Take another big deep breath in,

Hold,

Open,

Let it out slowly,

Steady,

Controlled,

Pushing out all the air.

Last one,

Biggest one yet.

Take a deep breath in,

Take an extra breath at the top,

Hold for an extra moment,

Open your mouth,

And let it all the way out.

And when you're ready,

You can bring your hands together,

Rub them to generate heat,

Rub your palms over your eyes,

And return to the room.
