It could be somewhere in nature or in a location that makes you feel safe and comfortable.
This is a place where you feel heard,
Understood and appreciated for who you are,
Not the masked you,
The real you.
Remind yourself of the value you bring and the unique perspectives you offer.
Acknowledge that sharing this part of yourself is a personal choice and that you have the right to decide with whom,
How and when to do so.
As you prepare to share,
Envision expressing yourself clearly and confidently.
Picture the conversation unfolding in a positive and accepting manner.
Allow yourself to feel proud of your decision.
This is the only part in your control and prepared for any outcome.
