This is a yoga nidra practice for deep rest. It's perfect as a pause in the middle of the day or before bedtime for deep sleep. Yoga Nidra accesses alpha brainwaves that allow deep rest. Fifteen minutes of nidra is equal to 1.5 hours of deep sleep. Find a comfortable laying down position and enjoy.
