Aloha and welcome back to your meditation practice.
In today's session I'll guide you through an ancient Hawaiian practice of forgiveness and reconciliation,
More commonly known as Ho'oponopono.
This mantra is potent and powerful and can assist you in forgiveness,
Reconciliation,
Self-healing.
It is available for you at any time.
I invite you to take a comfortable seated position,
Close your eyes and now begin to attune your attention to your breath.
Keep your inner gaze on your third eye.
Maintain the integrity of the seated posture.
Enjoy nine breath cycles.
Good night.
Keeping your eyes closed,
I now invite you to recite inwardly the Ho'oponopono mantra.
I love you.
I'm sorry.
Please forgive me and thank you.
Whenever a place for healing presents itself in your life,
Open to the place where the hurt resides within.
After identifying this place with as much feeling as you can,
Repeat this mantra.
I love you.
I'm sorry.
Please forgive me and thank you.
So scan inwardly.
Scan your internal landscape.
Reciting this mantra for seven cycles.
Stay alert,
Stay awake.
With open eyes.
When I say stay awake,
I mean believe that I can have a rest.
Stay heartless.
Now bring to mind an individual you wish to reconcile with.
Picture a small stage below you.
Now visualize an abundant source of love and healing flowing from a source above you,
Symbolic of your divine self or higher self.
Visualize this healing love pouring down into your body from the crown of your head and allow it to take the shape of your body.
Allow it to overflow out of your heart center.
Before offering this source of healing love to the individual you wish to forgive,
Ask permission to offer this love.
Once they accept the healing,
Then allow this source of love to flow from your heart to this individual.
Repeat your mantra to the individual,
Forgiving them and have them forgive you.
Once this is complete,
Let go of the person.
And now rest in the awareness that you are divine love.
Namaste.
