Every time Bea lights some sage and gathers her students, she feels honored to explore what each practice has to offer. Teaching from the heart, Bea brings her students wisdom from over a decade of travels in India where she studied under master teachers. Bea strives to show students how to infuse their yoga with ancient practices that inspire and center them. It is her sincere hope that students feel her positive vibes and energy every time they show up on the mat. As a Wellness Consultant, speaker and a Holistic Realtor, Bea has been honored to present countless talks on the power of yoga and meditation at SXSW for a number of years, share insights on the PregaYoga Podcast and through the PregaYoga online video series and her partnership with Equinox. Bea's passion for helping people achieve wellness has expanded into real estate by applying her holistic expertise to deliver a positive experience. Bea resides in Austin with her family. She enjoys helping people find their dream home and leading yoga+meditation classes at Equinox in Austin, TX.

Loved. Thank you. Appreciated both the guidance & the spaciousness. Towards the end it occurred to me (naturally while I was laser-focused on my breath) that this is what the music might sound like if Pink Floyd were asked to produce something for meditation. No wonder I enjoyed it ☺️💘

A simple and effective meditation using the breath as a focal point. Quite pleasant music and plenty of time for self-reflection and mindfulness.
