Faison and welcome to this Loving Myself Meditation.
The intention of this meditation is to offer you an opportunity to cultivate kindness and love for yourself.
In this Loving Myself Meditation,
We are reminding ourselves to take time to feel self-love,
Kindness,
And compassion.
Placing our hands on our heart will allow our bodies to relax and slowly calm down.
This is also a gesture of loving kindness.
Choose if you prefer to be seated or lie down for this meditation.
I invite you to use this time to truly connect with yourself in the space of loving compassion,
Kindness,
And appreciation.
As you begin to settle,
Gently place your hands in the center of your chest so that one is slightly above the other.
Begin to notice your heartbeat as you focus on your breath and breathe.
Breathe in and breathe out at your own pace.
Notice any sensations that are arising.
Breathe and allow this intimate time for self.
You may close your eyes if you're comfortable to allow your focus to go deeper inward.
Begin to breathe intentionally and notice how your body feels as you begin to connect with your breath.
With each breath,
You start to relax a little more.
As you breathe slower and deeper,
Feel your body responding and relaxing.
Allow the relaxation to start from the top of your head.
Just breathing and relaxing more and more with every breath.
Feeling the calm moving across your forehead as you relax and allow any stress to melt away from this area.
The breath is relaxing you now.
Behind your eyes,
Slowly down your face and cheeks and allowing your ears to tune in only to relaxing sounds.
Breathing in relaxation and feeling your jaw loosen and your tongue fall away from the roof of your mouth.
Breathing in and out at the pace best for you.
Just relaxing more and more with every breath.
And the natural relaxation spreads down your shoulders,
Upper body,
With every breath.
Just breathe in and out.
The calm moves down your spine,
Filling your back,
Hips,
And thighs.
Moving you all the way down to your calves,
Your feet,
Your toes.
You're totally relaxed.
You're breathing with ease.
You are embraced with love,
Peace,
And ease.
In this state of ultimate relaxation,
You can feel the love from your heart welling with appreciation.
Breathe in this appreciation and love in the center of your chest where your hands are resting.
Feel the love that is naturally there when you're relaxed.
Breathe in the rightness of this moment.
Gently remind yourself silently or loud,
I love you.
I love you.
Continue repeating the words,
I love you.
Just breathe in,
Repeating this simple phrase,
I love you.
I love you.
I love you.
I love you.
Continue breathing and repeating this phrase in the silence.
Allow this conscious awareness to connect you with loving yourself,
Being kind to yourself,
And appreciation for the person you are.

Gently rub your hands together and feel the warmth.
Place your hands over your eyes and allow that warmth to embrace this new vision you've created with this practice.
A vision of loving yourself no matter what is happening.
Release your hands and look around.
Take a stretch or do whatever your body desires as you return to this new moment feeling refreshed.
Make a mental note to remember how you feel relaxed and refreshed and knowing you can return here anytime you desire.
Smile as you remind yourself how amazing you are and take this feeling with you throughout your day.
