We are embarking on a short breath journey.

You'll want to be sitting up,

Perhaps toward the edge of your chair,

Or gently and comfortably sitting into a couch.

Just allow the feeling like you're being gently pulled up from the center of your crown.

Aim to keep this lightness throughout.

We'll begin with a gamma breath and through all of these you can simply follow my voice,

Allowing your awareness and your attention to draw back inside.

We ask to be open,

That this series of breaths helps to move us out of whatever state that we're in and into a place where we're more connected,

More tuned in to ourselves.

Let's start off by taking a nice deep breath into the mouth and out the mouth.

In the mouth,

Out the nose.

In the nose,

Out the nose.

In the nose,

Out the mouth.

Into the mouth,

Out the nose.

Nose and back out.

Back in the nose,

Out the mouth.

In and out the mouth.

One more time,

Deep breath in the mouth and back out.

In the mouth,

Out the nose.

In the nose,

Out the nose.

In the nose,

Out your mouth.

Back in the mouth and out again.

Now relax completely.

Allow yourself to go into the sensations.

Feel and understand that different parts of your brain,

Different parts of your spirit are tying together now,

Are opening you up,

Are allowing you to perceive and be with the depths of who and what you really are.

And allowing you to slip into this moment and allow,

Surrender,

Let it be exactly what it is.

Letting go,

Letting go,

Letting go,

Sinking completely into this moment now.

Feeling a sense of clarity,

Of peace,

Stillness and silence on the inside.

We'll build that silence up by going into another breath.

On this one,

We'll take a series of full deep breaths.

And at the end,

We'll hold it in,

Then let it go and leave that breath out as long as you feel comfortable.

We'll start by taking a deep breath in and back out.

Inhale and back out.

Big strong breaths,

Five.

And hold this one in for nine.

Hold for a moment,

Feeling it charge up the body and then let it go.

Leaving that breath out as long as you're comfortable.

And as the breath is out,

Let go completely.

Relax and melt into this stillness.

Become one with the silence.

Accept this moment fully.

Accept yourself fully.

With absolute ease.

Focused on the quiet,

Like still water resting in the center of your chest.

Will now build up your battery.

Release that which you wish to bring into this moment and charge yourself up.

We'll begin by taking a deep breath in.

Hold this breath in.

Hold it good and strong.

Swallow it down deep into your belly.

Feel the breath settling deep in that belly and building up a level of pressure.

You can visualize it with a nice glow.

Feel its strength.

Feel its purpose.

Feel it fully charging you up before gently pursing your lips and exhaling so softly.

Now rest in this state of meditation,

Allowing any insights to come to you.

Or perhaps just allowing yourself to feel.

One idea you're wanting to not free yourself of isship energy or dread.

I love this meditation. The breathing helps me be present in the moment and focus on sensations in my body which helps me reach a state of clarity and calm.
