And just go ahead and find yourself a nice,

Quiet,

Comfortable seat where you won't be disturbed for some time.

And you can just start to begin to focus on your pulse.

You can find your pulse either on your neck,

Close to your chin,

Directly underneath your ear,

Or along your wrist,

Close to the base of your wrist.

And just place two fingers there in search for your heartbeat.

Once you start to feel your heartbeat,

Inhale for seven heartbeats.

Now,

Exhale for seven heartbeats,

Breathing in,

Breathing out,

Breathing in for a count of seven,

Breathing out,

Inhale,

Exhale,

Breathing in,

Exhaling,

Breathing out,

Inhaling,

Exhaling,

Inhale,

Exhale,

Last time,

Breathing in,

Breathing out for a count of seven.

We repeated this for seven times,

And I encourage you to repeat this breathing exercise for seven days.

The number seven is a very important number in many different ways,

Especially in Chinese medicine.

This corresponds to contemplation and meditation.

It's the key number for channeling energy,

Qi.

These seven breaths bring in more energy.

Never underestimate the importance of the simple techniques.

Breathing does not require sophisticated practices and rare ingredients.

Even when it does,

Real breathing techniques are based on simple experiences and practices.

The more you practice this,

The more calm and peaceful you will become.

Thank you for joining me today for this breathing meditation.

As always,

From my heart to yours,

Namaste.
